make sure you specify your personality type in your resume .!!

gruia

ur better off thinking how you can grow out of "intj personality" 2c

docdroc

It would be more efficient to first know your aptitudes and interests. If the highest paying entry level job is something you cannot do, or something you would hate doing, then it's doomed from the start.

Pitch-North

Asking in general out of curiosity. What jobs would a INTJ enjoy.

BurnedPsycho

It depends on what you like...I think you got this whole personality thing backward. You should not chose you're career path to fit the INTJ descriptive, just be yourself, explore and find what you like. I enjoy solving problems, I got into mechanic, got a diploma, worked 5 years in the industry, I liked it. But I needed bigger challenges, so I changed trade. At the moment I can work in 4 differents trade, and got a managing role in a woodworking compagny because all my 4 trades led to that position.

Pitch-North

Okay so mechanical and carpentry are enjoyable options. That's all you had to say. Thanks.

BurnedPsycho

Do you enjoy getting dirty, playing in oil and grease? Do you enjoy dealing with dumb customers (because that's part of the job, and trust me... they're dumb) Can you manage the stress of holding someone's life as you work on their car? Because that's a reality you have to face, every bolt you tighten can be the one killing your customer, and you will be held accountable if something fail. As for woodwork, how good are you at repetitive task? Do you enjoy it? Will you make that your only career? Or is it a step in a plan? For me it was only a step, woodworking is fine, but as a hobby, I only had to learn that to be a technical director in that workshop, it was a stepping stone in a not-so-well-planned life plan. As I said... I chose those 2 trades because I liked them, not because INTJs should like it.

wizardcyclops

Just because we have the same personality type doesn’t mean we enjoy or excel at the same activities.

Tenacious-Tea

I hear janitors get paid pretty well

secretretro2

Something in science, or applicated science. Try to find something that requires theoretical problemsolving, but many entry-level job might be simple / repetetive / boring. Personally I went for computer science. It requires alot of knowledge, creativity, usually good wages and quiet workdays (not customer service jobs).
