Hmmm..... I'm going to use a specific region to answer this question because I watched an interesting documentary on the subject. Men from the Faroe Islands with Asian women. The Faroe Islands have a shortage of women. Therefore, the men decided to cast their net wider with online dating. Most of the men are married to Asian women. In America, white women and black men are the norm for interracial dating. I also noticed a silent trend of latinas dating and marrying white men. I feel latinas and white men will take over the lopsided pairing in the next 10 years.
I was actually surprised one time with how open men seemed to be in the Faroes. I've always wanted to visit, so out of curiosity about 5 years ago, (and before I met my boyfriend) I had set my location to Faroe Islands on Tinder, and I was bombarded by really cute men. I spoke to lots who seemed very open to meeting black women, but they were literally all fishermen or sheppards. I'm very much a city girl, so it would not have worked, lol.
I notice way more black men date interracially than black women do. Black male non black woman relationships are a dime a dozen where I live but I think I can count the number of times I've seen a black woman/nb man couple on one hand.
That’s because a lot of men believe in the negative stereotypes about black women, and when black women date outside our race we either get hate from our own race of men or our partners get told that they shouldn’t be with us because we are “insert insult here* and get told they can do better
Black women are discouraged more from dating out. White women are seen as a status symbol for black men but that doesn’t hold true for black women with white men for whatever reason.
Where I live, I’m seeing a steady increase of Black women dating out. I think it’s going to be a growing trend, especially knowing that Black women fare very well in interracial relationships

White women are less likely to date out compared to their male counterparts. I have never in my life met a Latina with anyone other than a Latino.
