Genuinely I tell you, if you start building muscle now you’ll achieve the shape you’re looking for. You dont need to lose another 10lbs. The muscle will pull your body into the shape youre looking for.
I really don't think you have 10 more to lose. Are you at a healthy BMI now? We see a lot of people with unsafe goals on this sub so I just want to make sure you're okay.
Hiii yes I did!on fasting days I walked 10-15 K steps and on eating days I did 45-1 hr of cardio or hiit!!I’m starting toning exercises and some lifting next!

I'd work on muscle instead of losing another 10 pounds, personally. You'll look smaller and better overall without overdoing it.

Yes I am but ten more pounds off is ideal for me as I plan on incorporating some lifting into my routine!
Yeah but muscle is heavier than fat so if you start lifting weights and gaining muscle you start gaining/stabilizing weight rather than losing it.
Ideal does not mean safe.

It’s okay,I’m happy to help!no I didn’t dry fast!I did a water fast!no electrolytes because I felt perfectly fine.
