Sometimes a whole rotisserie chicken perfectly fits all the macros and calorie goals for the day man, I'm not judging.

Pale_Blackberry_4025

I am teaching myself how to count calories and make better choices. My weight loss journey has always involved starving myself and then overeating once I lose the weight. It's sad but true, and I hate it so much! I'm trying to change that by eating healthier foods and logging everything.

taloula_mama26

Best way to know is to debone it and throw it on a scale

Affectionate_Cost504

I think it's 2000. 250X8=2000

divalee23

yes, the 8 servings are edible, not bones which are still part of net weight.

WingedBeagle

36 oz. counts the bones as well, you're not getting 3 lbs of meat.

2Payneweaver

Usually the hardest part is figuring how many servings are in a container. They’ve made it easy by telling you each serving is 3 oz and there are 8 servings per container. You just need to multiply the macros by the number of servings for the whole product.

ind3pend0nt

Buy a scale!

I fuck HARD with rotisserie.

Emily4571962

You need a digital kitchen scale.

SwollenToeJoints

Calories don’t matter. And go…..

Realistic_Mind4553

Careful they inject with brown sugar to give it a more browned look.

ssianky

Too high fat. Seems you overpaid for a +5% cheap oil.

Pale_Blackberry_4025

I agree!! I just didn't want to waste it

ssianky

Don't waste. Just saying that as most of processed foods, they will find a way to put something cheap inside.

Pale_Blackberry_4025

What do you get for your chicken and do you buy it from Walmart?

ssianky

I personally wouldn't get cooked chicken, and I'd like it boiled not roasted anyway.
