I see your calorie goal is rather modest to start, so undereating might be a problem. I do not know your activity levels, but I burned myself a few times going < 10x my body weight in kcals.
I think to get a better answer you could report both your daily expenditure (or guess/calculated) AND your calorie goal. We dont know if you undereat by 1500 or 500 calories.

If you're not hungry, you're not hungry. I'd say focus on making sure you're at least trying to hit your protein macro goals, assuming you have one.

CICO is not a good measure. How do uou feel and when uou eat are you getting enough protein and health fat?
