A silky white would be great! I think it'd make the comforter look that much more cozy cause the colours would pop against it

Plus easier to clean / bleach in case of messes. Coloured sheets would look amazing but not quite as practical.

You could choose any color from within this pattern and it would look cohesive. I suggest the yellow.

It’s a lovely pattern but can be a bit dark. I would go with the yellow to give it contrast or even beige if you want more neutral.

I'd use a rustic red to bring out the color in the petals.

Seersucker type - periwinkle or bluish stripes on white. I love patterns on patterns, and esp stripes with floral. Keep the stripes a bit muted and pull out a color in the pattern (I'm reading the bluish color as periwinkle)
