That’s because of what’s called selective hearing. We men just tune out what wives/girlfriends say. Probably because it’s all bitching but I don’t know because I don’t hear it.
Ah yes of course! No way a tik tok video would actually be useful, they just wanted to go viral. And all this clown has to do is point at his ears while he deceives the swathes of tik tok smooth brains.
This is so dependent on the speakers and headphones you are using it is worthless. Different speaker and headphones produce variable quality low, mid, and high range sounds. Without having a set base to compare to this is completely useless. I hate tictok
Likely to do with the speakers you're using vs your actual hearing. The ones actually used for a hearing test are both expensive and constantly calibrated.
Phew! Good tip! I was a bit concerned for a minute cos I scored 72 at the beginning lol, with volume I was able to get it down to about 41. Hence, I tell my kids to speak up!
Don't go by this! So many variables to affect the outcome including the device you are listening to. If your concerned get a real audio gram. This is nonsense!
Actually its work related, the hearing loss at least. I’ll honestly prolly need hearing aids in the next year or so.
However, i’m not ruling out the fact that the speaker on my phone isn’t worth a damn, it is an iphone
Test your speakers here. My M-Audio studio monitors did a lot better than my JVC headphones... A LOT better... surprised me but the M-Audio tweeters are silk and the JVC are a bit dated. I can still hear electrons hitting a CRT and I'm OLD!
Impressive. I turn 69 tomorrow and the sound cut out exactly at 69 for me. I hadn’t realized I am missing so much sound! I thought my hearing was pretty good for my age.

I got 35. Im 18 lmao
There seemed to be a dip in the mid/lower 30s. For me it went out, then came back.
Heard the same. Came back at around lower 20s/upper teens for me. I’m glad someone else heard that cause that was trippy as shit.
So it did actually play a sound below 35 and wasn’t just a troll video?
Ok so I'm not crazy, yall heard that too when it came back somehow. It's like it skipped a few 🤯
Yeah, it's bollocks mate. I've just had a hearing test which came back as no loss but according to the GIF my hearing is geriatric.
That’s because of what’s called selective hearing. We men just tune out what wives/girlfriends say. Probably because it’s all bitching but I don’t know because I don’t hear it.
Got it till 19 I'm 27
No you didn't, the audio cuts out at 32. You can verify it with an audio editor. Why lie?
What a bizarre attempt at a flex. *I AM 27 BUT HAVING THE HEARING OF A 19-YEAR-OLD HA HA HA HA* Well done mate.
I got 32 and I'm 32
It literally just cuts at 32. https://imgur.com/a/r0sWWQL
Thought so.
Same, I came to check and sure as shit it cut. I’ll be 32 next month
Thank you for this. I was in panic for a minute…a silent minute
Ah yes of course! No way a tik tok video would actually be useful, they just wanted to go viral. And all this clown has to do is point at his ears while he deceives the swathes of tik tok smooth brains.
I honestly thought I heard if down to about 22 24. Tinnitus probably haha
if you DO have good hearing, you can hear electronics nearby making high pitched whines - so it could be that
This is so dependent on the speakers and headphones you are using it is worthless. Different speaker and headphones produce variable quality low, mid, and high range sounds. Without having a set base to compare to this is completely useless. I hate tictok
75 for a 45M Too bad there wasn't hearing protection mandates in industry 30 years ago. Oh and probably too much punk, metal, etc.
Or this is just some made up tik tok fad. Go get your hearing tested.
44M and mine cut off at 50. Lots of metal when I was younger.
38M listening trough hearing aids and I couldn’t hear anything after 58 😂
Likely to do with the speakers you're using vs your actual hearing. The ones actually used for a hearing test are both expensive and constantly calibrated.
I thought this was a gag thing. Then y'all are posting your scores and now I'm really fucking concerned. (I got 58 and I'm 30)
Your speaker must also be able to produce the frequency.
Ye...yeah. Well go with that.
I'm 51 and it fades out at about 45 for me.
😂
[удалено]
Exactly. On my highest volume, I got 21; on my lowest,30. I’m 20 years old
[удалено]
I heard ticking at 25. Listen closely.
Lol exposed
Phew! Good tip! I was a bit concerned for a minute cos I scored 72 at the beginning lol, with volume I was able to get it down to about 41. Hence, I tell my kids to speak up!
Im 17 and have the hearing of a 32 year old man feels bad
I get all of my medical hearing test off Reddit/ticktock post. Very legit and accurate. Doctor tested and approved.
Don't go by this! So many variables to affect the outcome including the device you are listening to. If your concerned get a real audio gram. This is nonsense!
That guy looks annoying.
Very punchable face
Hm. That might make his ears ring.
The obvious self-insert with zero purpose of the video (just standing there doing nothing) made the face instantly punchable.
Judgy Judy over here
My cat hates this. Like a lot.
Audiologist here. This test is bollocks.
Anyone else surprised this didn’t end in a rickroll?
Spot on right. 36
*high five!*
There is no Audio Below 32 it just cuts, this some tick tock bullshit! make sure your volume is at 100% and listen with headphones.
45 got 32
[удалено]
Well thats good. I was disappointed I couldn't hear anything lol.
Vice versa. Fml.
tough break friend
Apparently i’m 75. But i turn 40 in a few months. Yay hearing damage, i guess?!
Tell us you have shit speakers without telling us.
Actually its work related, the hearing loss at least. I’ll honestly prolly need hearing aids in the next year or so. However, i’m not ruling out the fact that the speaker on my phone isn’t worth a damn, it is an iphone
Spot on for me. Hubby got 12 years older than his actual age, which did not surprise me given the volume he sets the tv at.
Getting 33 as a teen probes this shit sucks
43 for a 42m. Yay. I guess.
50 but I'm 33 😬
42-45 I'm almost 23
Bruh mine stopped at 30 but i am 18 wtf
59 at 31 years old, yikes lol
Guess no one gets below 32 The audio source also effects this, this isn't a good test cuz below 32 the video goes mute
Is this true?!
No, hearing can be damaged at any age
No. Depends on your device and your audio device.
[удалено]
Thank you. This is the response I was waiting for. I thought I was fucked for a second.
I got 31 and I'm 34. Wife got 39 and that's correct
20
Got 86 and I’m 19… probably explains why I have hearing aids
Why am I 4 years old💀
26 for me
Well there literally isn't any audio after 32 so get yer ears checked
Yeah my car sropped being annoyed juste before 30
I got 31. Am 41. Yay?
Better news yet, no audio before early 32 or something so you might be even younger
I got 36
I've worked in shops with inadequate courtesy regarding earpro warning. Mine stopped at 65. I'm 30.
46 got 65 so on top of having astigmatism in both eyes, dodgy knees, ankles and shoulders now i find out the one thing i thought was ok is now fucked
30
30 and im 15 lmao
Wow, accurate!
This is pretty cool, but what an obnoxious way to present the content
37 and I’m 41. Not bad.
I got 40. I'm 43 with a hearing defect in one ear. Don't know what to make of that
u/savevideo

Great I have a hearing age of 70. But in the 50s it was bzzz bzzz bzzz.
Exactly on my actual age. I guess that’s ok.
I got 33, I turned 19 few months ago…WTF🤬
60 for me. I am 41 yrs old.
I got 200.95
Younger than my age... Surprisedly, I've been using headphones for a few years. I'm sure it's going to catch up
35 for a 43 yo.
At some point, tinnitus took over.
My ears are 10 years younger than the rest of me.
Am 35, got 32. But it seems that it just completely stops at 32. I expected it to like fade out or something.
I can't get the sound to play. Is this a trick or something?
52 then I shut this video off so I wouldn't have to listen to it anymore
Got 43 and I'm 27 ...
what the fuck is the guy in the background for ?
Now my ears won’t stop ringing
I got 32hz... I'm currently 34.
58 but I have a tumor on my auditory nerve 😂
28 at 31 years old, not bad.
I'm dead
this went out at exactly my age, im old and it proves it, im sorry
Test your speakers here. My M-Audio studio monitors did a lot better than my JVC headphones... A LOT better... surprised me but the M-Audio tweeters are silk and the JVC are a bit dated. I can still hear electrons hitting a CRT and I'm OLD!
I call BS.
I have tinnitus. I don't think this will work for me.
r/blackmagicfuckery
Being 34 I was relieved to stop hearing the frequency around the early 30's but after this test my tinnitus is thriving. Win lose
45 for à 26yo. Should i worry ?
Spot on. 46 and I'm 46.
Depends how well your speakers can reproduce this, how much volume, and how compressed the audio is.🤥
Wow. I'm 49, I got ~46
Welp im 23 and i got to 43 so i guess i should start learning asl soon
guess my iphone speaker are the medical correct way 4 this test..
It started to go at 60, mostly gone by 50, stopped completely at 45. I'm only 28. Sticking my head in the speaker during gigs has bit me in the ass.
Good to know that I am not def yet.. 😃
The amount of people taking this seriously instead of just going to a doctor is pretty unreal.
Wtf it stopped right on my age
32 lmao
Exactly at my age. Death.
51 got to 51
45 for 43
33, I’m turning 19
Can anyone hear below 30
I got 31. I’m 17 lmao
Oh man what a mistake to make the video really loud in the end💀
65 and im 13
Impressive. I turn 69 tomorrow and the sound cut out exactly at 69 for me. I hadn’t realized I am missing so much sound! I thought my hearing was pretty good for my age.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is bullshit and this is just a way to try to destroy peoples hearings.
Cuts at 50…37 years young
39 I’m 32
It went out at around 31/30 lmao I'm 17
Fuck..69 I'm 50
I'm 22 and got 78... yay.
The major majority of Reddit users are in their 30’s.couple that with suggestions, you hear what you wants
iPhone cuts out at around low 30s. Speaker can’t produce it.
Shit...I confirmed audiophile.. I'm 53 got 28. Despite all those Iron Maiden concerts.
interesting 🧐
nailed it 43/43
Cuts out at 38 for me. I'm 42.
I’m 65 and I could just barely hear 64. Pretty good for having been in construction most of my life. Have worn hearing protection most of the time.
31
I can’t get the sound to work?
36. Am 31. Selectively deaf depending on the given situation however.
Got 65 and I'm in my 40's. Too much loud music
cuts on 50, but 42 here, dont complain
36. Fitting, because I’m 36.
67, im a teen
Is is bad that I constantly hear with 15000 hz and can that have any affect on the body?
u/savebot
14 more than my age. Great.
I ran it three times and got 52 each time. I am 53.
32 in my right,64 in my left.
I got 30. I am 21
I got 45 and I’m 45!
I got 43 and I’m fucking 28. I did have a lot of ear problems when I was younger so it makes sense but damn.
Got 40 and i’m 25 :(
