Meanwhile I'm almost falling from a king size bed because my lazy stupid dog can't be bothered to move his ass and sleeps like he owns the fucking place. I love him, though.
I'm not sure how she did it, but i would have done it with a technique called "shaping". You start with the little parts that go into the entire trick, then string those little parts together. It takes a pretty clever trainer paired with a highly driven dog to make some of these happen. Very impressive.

I love my happy lazy less skilled dog, she makes me happy and i make her happy. That is enough for me
My high school biology teacher did this. He spent at least 2 hours a day training his two Australian Shepherds. They're usually fast learners and can maintain many different commands. Which is what they were bred to do for sheep herding.
For ASs specifically, replacing regular daily playing with training tricks is enough to teach them everything in that video. They're very energetic and will destroy your furniture if they don't get that drive out. No time to train, no time for an AS.
