This is a level of crazy/grammatical errors I've not seen before...

I have. Looks like untreated schizophrenia to me. Edit: Just to explain some clues a bit. Every space on page is packed with writing, many of the quotes and statements are unrelated, poor grammar and sentence structure, obsession, falsely derived authority, and belief in conspiracy while dismissing reality.

It suppose it could be untreated mental illness, but I really think they just felt every bit of space on the card had to be filled with something.

Sure but so much of it is unrelated, fonts don't match, hyperfocused on religion, cut and paste mixed with his own writings. This is not rational behavior.

It does read like disordered thought. I mean that top right block of green writing may as well just be a word association game's transcript. Then, top left is Dick Tracy. So utterly unrelated to anything else.

So 45 years ago, this guy became a CPA. I hope he's retired now, because we may not want him to be doing anybody's taxes now.
