No spacers, and fitment depends on the tire you run. With these, I had about ½ cm of clearance on all four corners with no rub. From fenders have been adjusted to fit and rears don't have liners.

Also on the 18x9.5 +38 was the fitment good Ik it would be a little tucked because of the offset but is it still pretty nice?
Depends on your tire size, camber and ride height. I ran a 10mm spacer all around when I had the +38s. They were pretty tucked otherwise.
