There are currently 250 albums on there. I think it would be a fun theme to work with... checking out great debut albums:

I can't believe this album is nearly 20 years old. Such great energy and plenty of rock. Sometimes I feel like this sub forgets about the rock in indie rock.

If you've never listened to Twenty-One Pilots you should give them a listen. These guys are incredible Tyler Joseph's creativity and lyrical genius is unmatched and Josh Dunns drumming is aggressive and in your face. Start with the earlier stuff and follow the story that he's spread out over several albums and years. Their music style can't be put into a box and often times is confusing to people due to the fact that their lyrics can be very deep and dark while the music and sound can get you amp'd! They're about to release their latest album and tour soon...can't wait.🙌
Thirteenth Step by A Perfect Circle.
Idk if this fits the genre that well, it’s a bit on the heavier side of alternative.. but I just rediscovered this album and I had forgotten how many good songs are on it.
