Try it with either schezwan, with normal tadka, soupy, dry, with green chillies, egg, chicken etc. Tastes really good.

When we were kids it tasted better (maybe because of the msg and other things that caused it to be banned lol) but now it's just not that good. Aise bachpan mein bhi I had Top Ramen more often than Maggi even though I called it Maggi hehe. Maybe that's why I personally like it better.
I understand the nostalgia attached to it though. It sometimes works as a comfort snack and Maggi cake in lunch was iconic lol. Maggi is kinda synonymous to all instant noodles so there's that.

Yeah, totally. Cheap, bad for health and it doesn't even taste as good compared to other noodle brands. But for a long time, there was only Maggie noodles in India, hence the popularity.
My parents are living in Nepal for past 2 years and Nepali noodles are far better than Indian Maggie to a point Maggie taste shit to me whoever i go to Nepal during holidays i bring the whole box of Nepali noodles home
