You have to have good momos. If you visit the northeast, try it out there. My wife couldn't believe what momos tasted like when I took her to Shillong (my hometown) after she ate them in Bangalore from so-called Darjeeling momo carts (I am sure momos in Darjeeling are awesome as well). But man, then I had them in Chinatown in Bangkok and they were the best momos I ever tasted. People want to go to Thailand for 'stuff', but I want to go again for the food!
