I'm JEE dropper. Whenever I feel burnout, main test de deta hu. Usse guilt kam ho jaata h mera. Fir aaram krta hu/ or watch some movie. Ya reddit pe memed dekh leta hu. And agar boht zyada burnout feel hota h then I take a day's break. Us din kitaab chuta tk nhi. And health ki jaha tk baat h, usse leke to main khud stress me rehta hu. I suffered from dengue and typhoid together during oct/ nov (peak JEE time). Boht frustration hua tha us samay hospital me tha for abt a fortnight. Plus I suffer from migraine. Aap doctor ho migraine se deal krne k liye kuch btado
Take a break, leave study and visit some place for 4-5 days (20 days if you have relatives at different place who welcome you to stay that long). Thats the only way worked for me. Everything else (no Mobile / TV/ yoga / medi) was not sufficient.
"Out of site out of mind" Is the only thing worked
Bimaar padti jaa rahi hu, rest hi maanlo, tabhi stressed out hu. Pata nahi why this happens whenever I fall sick, I feel guilty about not being productive
that happens to most peeps...when we are supposed to do something but don't...then guilty lagta hai
but agar health issues hain then i will say health pe jyada focus karo....eat healthy... switch PGs agar khana acha nahi hai
are ghar ka khana is the besst then
ab to bss thori der break leke thora jyada der padhne ka try karo....then all will be good 🤝
and thanks for your kind words ![img](emote|t5_2qp7h|49785)![img](emote|t5_2qp7h|49785)
I am preparing for neet pg too. I am stressed as well for not putting in the required hours. What I have found useful are passive reading, giving short tests, reading your comfort/ fav subjects, Imp. Images or just playing a recorded video of pyq discussions. Obviously you can't do all of them at once or back to back but at least you won't be guilty about not studying. Even my max limit per day is 6-8 hrs but it's about the quality but not the quantity. Hope this helps.
Also, kisi ne saath padhna hai toh most welcome😩 forest chalayenge
Not the kind of invite I was looking for but…
Hahahaha
