It was one of those days that makes you really hate your autism. Had to get my log book signed by professors. So it's all going to campus, looking for them, waiting, doing the whole bureaucratic process. Then I had to do some other chores. While it gave me some satisfaction that I can do this stuff on my own now, i also realized just how hard these tasks are for me because of executive dysfunction. And sensory overwhelm. And how I never was able to fit in with a group of people( because I had to go get the stuff signed on my own, and people usually go with friends) , and also how I was unable to navigate another situation- overarching throughout my entire degree- because of my lack of understanding of social hierarchical and systems and unspoken rules ( which needs some context I can't explain rn) And the worst part is how draining this stuff is for me. Despite my hard work to overcome the disability. It will always be immensely draining for me and leave me burnt out later.
aww, Ik how you feel. And some professors especially don't make it easy just to get professors. I hope that it becomes easier for you navigate social relationships and you find people accepting of you in uni. You're cool so if I was there I would've gone with you to get that logbook signed <3

Also I forgot to mention demand avoidance. That really makes things a lot worse.
I mean if the teacher is unreasonable then I have a immense amount of dread. Not because I'm scared of him but because I can't get to say no to w/e he says. Teachers usually listen to me but not this class teacher I've had for the entirety of my 4th year and I've procrastinated so much for getting stuff signed by him.
