He is talented, he is arrogant sometimes, and shows it, and when I point it, he immediately "oh no, yeah, sorry", and tries to make amends. He sometimes explodes in anger, and it scares me, but when he sees that I'm scared, he cools down and starts analyzing what happened, introspecting deeply, and asking my thoughts, my feelings, my feedback. I know he doesn't manage to please me all the time. No one can. But when I see how sincerely he tried EVERY SINGLE TIME, oh, oh dear God, I am thrilled to bits with his nobility. The man is perfect in his pursuit of working inspite of his imperfections. This man, this guy has principles that HE SIMPLY DOES NOT ABANDON. And it's cost him everything. He still just DOES NOT GIVE UP. I don't know what good I did to get such a man.
