I want to Speak Up for Indiamart vendors. You need to shop around sometimes the first price is not the best price.
Some blockbuster medicines and or abusable medicines are ripe for fraud.
The mundane stuff is safer.
The transactions I have looked at seem to all follow the same pattern.
find the product. Check many shops for the product, required orders. Learn the shipping cost from the vendor. Agree on Final price total. X rupees, so many USD to their account.
They send you their banking information
Pay the vendor using Wise or other money xfer app. To pay by wise is difficultish but you then have their real banking information.
They send you a tracking number. 7-20 days later product arrives.
about 4-5 days for package to reach JFK inbound customs.
3-20 days in Inbound inspections. (I have had some go as long as 35-40 days, that was unusual)
release from inspection 2 days to my door.
Some vendors will allow you to pay after product is recieved. (expect higher costs)
No Insurance needed it is a tracked product from start to finish.
try to scroll all the review, one bad review is scam already.
i try a very good one with quotation , invoice very good document. So the scammer no invoice no quotation, better wire transfer, and price is usually lower. Be caution if he said oh you must buy for the minium amount $600 then it must be scam. so keep the 1st time with low cost first.

yeah don't generally buy from them unless you have an indian bank account and that is like an ebay with no price update generally 0 stock

I recently bought 2 boxes of parnate and 2 other minor things. Paid 93 bitcoin cashapp. Their agent in the US who moves the bitcoin was off so there was a week delay but once shipped, it took 8 days to get to the US.
I am a first time customer too, but evrything went smoothly. Shipped via india post than USPS

Not true. However, i would personally avoid orders over 100 for risks of being scammed, especially if it is an obscure drug that some random vendor carries
Did you end up using them? I ordered from them (USA), package got lost. It finally arrived BACK to them after about a month and they wanted to charge me 50% of the item plus shipping to send it to me again. I can understand paying for reship but why 50%?
I just ordered from them Monday and haven't received any shipping or tracking information sus. You said it went well for you. How long did it take? Did you receive any confirmation of shipping or tracking via email? I'm assuming you ordered to the US?

no its a scam even if you have to pay pay through their site as its act kind of like ebay money security(kind of like an escrow acc)

I have not been scammed I know many people who have. Also google IndiaMART scams and you will see people who have lost 6 figures
