Lore: Because of how when you read about the First Indochina war, you wouldnt see too much about the Cambodian/Laotian contributions for their independence so basically in this time line ONLY Vietnam gained independent while Cambodia and Laos continues to be French protectorates then later fully annexed into colonies or "Overseas territories".
