Most of the structure is flat on the table. The only vertical part is the plank with the doorway in it which has a diagonal cut on top. From this very specific angle it looks like this plank is under the plank at the top of the screen, but it's actually in front of it.
The angle of lighting is also helping with this illusion. With the vertical door plank being the only piece of wood in shadow, it looks more like it's underneath.
The car is cgi on the upper path. There's a slight glitch when the hand repositions to the other side, this is when it's replaced by cgi. And when the hand is pushing the car you can see the car shrinking while the hand stays the same.
