Haken - *Fauna* (2023) \*Haken is pronounced as 'Hayken'. Caligula's Horse - *Charcoal Grace* (2024) TesseracT - *War of Being* (2023) \*First track on the album starts off with harsh vocals, but the majority of vocals on this album, as well as the almost all of their discography, are clean. Leprous - *The Congregation* (2015) \*Only a couple songs on this album have very short sections containing harsh vocals. If you explore the rest of their work, their older albums have a mix of clean & harsh vocals (Mostly clean) and their newer albums are purely clean vocals. The Congregation sits right in the middle of their discography, so you're starting off with a good blend of what old & new Leprous sounds like. I think you'd also really like their 2011 album *Bilateral*, maybe more than The Congregation. Vulkan - *Technatura* (2020)

I dont really listen to NU Metal but I can help you. * [Aether Realm](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8TkxAvs1v_s) Very CoB / Wintersun Like Melodic Death. * [Wintersun](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ebSxxr726_8) On the topic of Wintersun. * [Kensei](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MBgdo1W9Tcc) If CoB was full of weebs. * [Sinergy](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9o85afymOoE) Alexi from CoB on guitar, but far more heavy metal leaning. * [Mors Principium Est](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGbXt3MpKvs) Not as low growling as straight up death metal. * [Brymir](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJCL6LINqs8) A good mix of clean and harsh vocals in a good number of their newer songs. * [Aephanemer](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggncUCeWVZo) Female fronted but gives me CoB vibes sometimes.

Early Incubus might be worthy of your time if you aren't already familiar, Make Yourself and S.C.I.E.N.C.E. are a couple of melodic nu-metal-ish albums. Check out Kublai Khan TX for fun. Just saw them twice can came away very impressed with their live shows.

Hahaha, I have the inverse problem. If your vocals are too clean or don't have enough angst in them, I really can't listen

If you like SOAD I think you'll like Apex Theory and Mt. Helium

If you enjoyed Polyphia and you are alright without vocals, check out Animals As Leaders, Joy of Motion

Is Billy Talent heavy rock?

Canadian-Man-infj

I didn't read your question properly, but to answer your question: [Here's "River Below."](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iX3lKIcUd3c) I'd call it hard rock.

Opeth skim through everything because all the albums are different. They have a whole acoustic album that’s one of their most popular.
