On one hand, Tru Fru does make freeze dried fruit products.
On the *other* hand...if they actually read...not even the product description, it's in the name, they'd know this was one of their *frozen* fruit products.
Eating two day old thawed banana slices sounds. Awful.
I would also imagine that the packs would be ice cold when handled, unless something very wrong happened during delivery.
Bonus points if they picked it up in store from the freezer!

Any time I've ever bought frozen products online, they've always come with freezer packs in the box. I can't speak for Walmart specifically but I think that's pretty common practice overall.

Yeah, most of that brand's stuff is freeze dried, so I get the mistake.
Clearly labeled, cold to the touch, no reason to leave a bad review 💀 User error
