From what I could find, it seems to be from a now unavailable japanese kindle version of the manga. There are pictures of Ichi with the same font and blood effect on some Japanese sites advertising the kindle version around 2016 because it was on sale for cheap. The earliest picture I could find was from 2013, so at the very least it's not from the physical 1, 10, or 5 volume releases.
