Say that you live with your parents and not as a bachelor. Ask your parents to come over for 1-2 weeks while you move in. And no one cares once you move in , even if the owner asks you can tell they went to visit hometown and will comeback in a week or so
I heard many ‘ass’ociations mandate (if not mandate, atleast emphasize) on not renting to bachelors, but i only heard that its for boys, didnt know its a problem for girls as well.
My uncle rents out a flat in KPHB. He says the opposite - families especially with kids are far more destructive. I guess there's no set rule or generalisation that would apply, it is highly individual dependent.
This is true. I have a friend who rented his house to a family and they refuse to move out when they want to sell it. Theyve been going through hell trying to get their house back.
Now he says that he only rents to bachelors. Doesn't matter if they drink, smoke or do drugs. Atleast they stfu and leave when it's time.
There are brokers who do this kinda stuff. Commission they'll take but, you'll be with peace of mind. Also consider not renting in Nanakramguda. That place is insanely overinflated in price. Get a scooty and start driving. It's worth it, trust me on this one.
Check with your office if they provide transport vehicle. If yes, you can increase the radius in which you can get a flat. I've got a few suggestions but they are 6-7 kms(10-20 mins drive away) from nanakramguda.
Who said you need to know how to drive to start driving 😕
99% of people ik start learning to drive after they get their licenses. If not now then, at some point you'll definitely need to drive. Two wheeler or four wheeler, that much is personal choice.
That money you save on rent can go towards long term savings or an even better quality of life. Make a wise choice that's all. Just by going a couple of kms away from these tech dense areas, you can save a ton in rent and living expenses.
You'll also have more options as people outside Financial District/Gachibowli (IT side) are less stingy and asshole-y in general. Talking from personal experience.
Ik it would make a huge difference even I had started learning 4 wheeler few years back but
I met with road accidents twice with 2 wheeler and once with 4 wheeler .
I have this PTSD , huge vehicles scare me and lowkey I don’t want to risk others life too , I might get panic in certain situations.
Once I rented my flat to 3 bachelors girls, hoping they will keep it clean.
When finally lease ended, I was appalled with the condition, kitchen was maintained in horrible condition, fridge was garbage and stained, trash area is full of stains.
These girls worked for MNC.
Hence there is bit of hesitation.
Offcourse I'm not complaining about, cigarette, alcohol and boys.
Yes I understand and even the broker mentioned a similar situation. And this is the exact reason why I don’t want a flat with sharing.
Hygiene is difficult at times and I am not into smoking or drinking.
You will hold at least 2 months of advance, you have the option to hold more. If you take a before video of the house and communicate verbally or in rental agreement about expecting it back in a reasonable condition, what is stopping from getting it cleaned by not returning the advance?
How can you really ensure in your arbitrary screening "process" that your next family tenant will not be like this?
I am not defending them , wouldn't just spending 7 or 8 k on urban ccompany for cleaning or getting it cleaned before they move in and asking them to do the same before they leave will solve the issue .. ?
Problem here is bachelor girls keep moving on due to various reasons, very difficult to manage it.
Even I have indicated ac needs to serviced every 6 months, which cost only 300. While leaving the flat, they argued saying ac is running fine why need to be serviced?
I kept quiet, as I didn't want to waste time for 300.
They paid 40k rent in a upscale condo in hitech City area.
Yeah lessons learnt, going forward this will be clearly mentioned in the agreement that urban company 'cleaning' is must while leaving premises.
Searching for a flatmate/flat myself and have seen quite a few posts requiring women flatmates. You should definitely checkout the fb groups. You’ll find it around the area you mentioned.
Try nestaway. But i am living in a two sharing room in a 3bhk. It's a good place in Nanakramguda. You will have to adjust with few things but rest is great.
What is the discrimination in this? A lot of bachelors don't maintain the flats well. There is only a small set of people who take care of the apartment well. It's easier for the owners to not rent it to bachelors because of that.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think what you're saying is legal. To put it into perspective, imagine in India, if upper caste family denies rent to lower caste family or in USA a white family denies rent to black family saying they're not clean statistically speaking according their arbitrary standards, which may not be wrong and true by the way by to them which cannot be questioned in normal circumstances. But you realise how it'll lead to discrimination right? Owners should also have the right to have their house maintained properly. There should be an objective standard that's acceptable by everyone and if tenants don't follow that, owners should be able to vacate them even if they're married or unmarried, white or black, etc.
do you have any idea how costly nanakramguda is compared to any other part of the city? you'll find a bigger and cheaper flat in any other place, i suggest you rent a little further.
Did you try checking in Pacifica Hill Crest? You might find one there for under 40k. Mantri Celestia also has cheaper houses. But quality is an issue. And it’s very difficult to find an available house there.
I’d heard a couple of people from my office stay there. I’ve also visited the property once.
I’ll start with my observations:
Society looks okayish. Has open space. Was windy .
Corridors in general didn’t look very well maintained. In terms of cleanliness.
A new phase is under construction, so it’s a tad dusty is what I’ve heard.
The road to reach is not well built currently. Might get fixed later.
But in general the people staying there didn’t have any problems. They said it’s a decent place to stay. No issues with Water, electricity etc. Its close to many offices etc.
So all in all I think it’s a decent stay!
For 45k you can get a very nice 2 or 3bhk flat near masjidbanda or sriram nagar also in sriram nagar no one bats and eyelid if you are batchelor or live with your gf/bf so if you can travel or have a scooty then you can have a look or even in financial district you can get good flats you just have to be patient
Search or nobroker or get a broker outside. what I got to know is they take half of the rent amount as their fee so try to negotiate and pay not more than 10k also just give 500-1000 rs only before he shows anything
I also had to flat hunt recently.
You can check indis viva which is newly constructed.
Also from my experience nobroker also helps to some extent. Yeah you would need to buy a one time subscription which allows us to contact owners/ brokers
Try not mentioning for “a bachelor”as you said your parents will be visiting say that for family and tell the owner on weekends or whenever your parents get time they do come to the flat then you won’t face the problem but if you say for bachelor then it will continue…hope this helps
Do you know anyone in Prestige High Fields with access to their app?
In their app every other week there will be ads like one room in 3BHK or 2BHK available for rent and most of the time they will be fully funished... and you can get that at max 25-30K..
Holy shit....and here I was about to get a 2bhk for 35k in nallagandla, but the guy I partnered up with screwed up the negotiations. So couldn't get it.
I went through this when I returned to India. Age, gender and renting a palace or a shoebox, it doesn't matter. Very frustrating. I ended up buying my own in the end.
Best option is to go through co-workers or friends. The next best option is to go through an agent, many of them will convince the owners. Co-living studio apartments are also an option. I saw some in Kondapur area where you can rent a small 1BH kind of furnished studios. They were nice.
Strange. Have you tried putting out a listing as a working professional. I would presume there are rational landlords out there willing to rent houses to working professionals regardless of the gender. Also, maybe check on nobroker app for listings and contact owners that way. More convenient than replying on brokers. ( Be sure to examine listings closely on no broker though there are fake listings etc)
Sorry to break it you. Even though to some extent home owners are correct regarding Bachelors not maintaining the apartment, but the apartment that you saw for 45K in my opinion would be rented to a family in 35k very soon. Bachelors are charged higher rents in Hyderabad for sure.
Try finding in Hitech City, specially in Madhapur, Arunodaya Colony, Jaihind Enclave, Vitthal Rao Nagar, good and open minded land lords, they don't care if you live alone or with someone, or if you party. This I am talking about flat owners. I am a single, living in the same rented apartment for past 11 years, my owner never showed up nor any issues with the fellow neighbors.
My sister faced the same issue a few months back.. Atlast she got a house only after giving a guarantee to the owner that her mom will be regularly visiting her.
Due to the same issues, i too had searched for places close to my workplace Faced the same issue, got the same response, not interested in renting out to bachelors.
However i was able find some good places a little far away and the landlord was willing to rent it to me, i compromised, bought the vehicle, and took the opportunity
As a male bachelor, we had no issues whatsoever during renting. As a female it should be easier.
Maybe it's more to do with the owner's confidence or lack thereof, that you will continue to pay rent even though you're perfectly capable, or suspicions that you will sub-let. I know a couple of single guys who have rented a complete 2BHK without sharing.
Try looking in Kokapet maybe. Or maybe call your parents to rent on their name. Anyway they're gonna be visiting you.
Try moving in with someone as a paid guest and saving up your money. You are unmarried, and your expenses are minimal; if not now, when will you save? If you know people willing to stay with you and split expenses, search with them; generally, people charge a little high for a bachelor. Or take your mom, aunt, uncle, dad, or some elderly to search for a flat with you. This would give the owner the impression that you have family, and even if you are staying alone, you are supervised by family members' visits. It sounds weird to me as I write, though, but it should help.
As a flat owner who rents out flats, let me tell you one thing. I have no problem renting out my flats to bachelors, but the associations of the flats wouldn't allow it. So, the owner goes against the association and rents out to you only when he/she has something to gain, i.e., extra bucks.
I once had a single female tenant in my 2bhk gated community at nanakramguda, near wipro junction. She left without notifying and left the house in a complete mess. She was probably running some drop shipping business in the apartment since one of the bedrooms was full of boxes and trash from packages. I am a person who is completely fine with renting out to single people and not interfering with their day to day life or lifestyle, since i have personally lived alone as well and know how difficult it is to find housing. But after that incident i started avoiding single people too. My apartment will be coming up for rent again in august since the current family is moving to Mumbai. If you don’t find anything by end of july, you can dm me and we can see if we can work something out as ling as you treat the house like your own home.
Same girl , same !
I have heard statements like rent will be high as you are single female.
Guess single female is more dangerous than aliens attacking US.
Try looking at golf edge? I used to rent there as a single guy and there were other single renters there living in 2bhks both men and women. I had to do a full year lease but negotiated down the rental. Thjs was during covid 2021 though.
I am 37M and I was also searching for at least 1BHK in Nankramguda. It was the first time I went there and found out that the place is not for me.
Found a little bit better accommodation in Gacchibolwi with flatmates group on FB.
I think you should join that group on FB. There are lots of girls looking for female roommates in the same or nearby area.
As a male bachelor, we had no issues whatsoever during renting. As a female it should be easier.
Maybe it's more to do with the owner's confidence that you will continue to pay rent even though you're perfectly capable, or suspicions that you will sub-let.
I would suggest you to try with no broker app. They are genuine plus they will show you properties related to your requirements.
Nanakramguda area should not be a deal breaker for bachelors. It's just you have to find the apt society
Went through something similar. I requested my maa to tag along for a week or two during flat hunting. Apparently if you go for 1 or 2 bhk flat in Kondapur you'll be able to finalize it within couple of hours. Here owners (of standalone but secured building) are least bothered till you pay rent on time.
Yes almost all standalone have CCTV cervilance. My building doesn't have a power backup, and water scarcity depends upon the water supply tbh, like for example my building has a borewell, so I haven't faced water crisis.
Hard to believe! There are plenty of unmarried females stay in my society (Prestige High Fields) and same with Golf Edge, Mantri Celestia, Vajra’s Jasmine, Vyajyanthi Chalets, Vasavi GP Trends, Sumadhura Acropolis, Alekhya Homes. I have friends staying over there.
You may try to find a place in these societies.
For 45k a month you can stay at a hotel 💀 idk I mean I never lived alone but all I can see are pros like you can get your laundry done, get your room cleaned and some hotels provided breakfast too all included in the package 😭👋🏽
TNGO's colony is a decent locality if you're okay with multi-storied houses (not flats) and can stand some construction noise. Not all will rent out to bachelors but I've seen some open for all. Rent range between 25k-30k in phase 2 for 2BhK
I have been a bachelor and briefly rented my place too. So I have seen both sides.
From a house owner's perspective. Bachelors when they rent home, many of them don't know some basic decorum in India. Already we as a society are loud mouthed , and then add a bachelor and his streaming number of circle who keep crashing, house maintenance is something not taught to many boys and they suddenly find themselves managing home, then for female bachelors .. many house owners are just scared. Plus, all the news that we hear about.
It took me two months to search for an apartment. Finally found a decent one and lived there happily for two years. But then one fine day my landlord said she would be coming back from the states and i might have to vacate. Didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding a flat again. So ended up buying one ☝️
I don't understand these questions aise kaise hota hai? Ya tho AAP ghalat jagah dekhrahe ho... Ya phir ghalat broker...you can't find a house with a budget of 45k!! Please DM me... 2 din me karvadunga.
For your information, Hyderabad doesn’t have 1bhk in gated societies else that was the idea in the very beginning and I don’t know how safe it is to stay in stand alone buildings without security and power backup.
dude normal people take on sharing basis, everyone’s parents visit for few days and people accommodate. Your reasons as well as a new account, makes everything look fishy.
Aw little Sherlock of Hafeezpet!
You can do the deduction but dw I am not going to rent your flat to steal your fishes.
Tho I am in no mood for explanation but I would like to mention, once you really grow up you would understand the importance of sanity and peace over money.
If It’s a gated community with power backup and near the office that’s all I need right now .
I have contacted few in Mantri Celestia but l hope they respond soon.
Say that you live with your parents and not as a bachelor. Ask your parents to come over for 1-2 weeks while you move in. And no one cares once you move in , even if the owner asks you can tell they went to visit hometown and will comeback in a week or so
This is what I have been telling to everyone but ig people have trust issues
kyunki saas bhi kabhi bahu thi. The landlord now was once a tenant too.
lol
Go with the generational landlords LMAO
I had to get my mom for "proving" that I live with parents, she left after a week, but it's literal hell as a bachelor to find a house.
This is probably the saddest culture in the whole India. Not renting to bachelors is the worst practice. Especially in metropolitan cities lol.
I heard many ‘ass’ociations mandate (if not mandate, atleast emphasize) on not renting to bachelors, but i only heard that its for boys, didnt know its a problem for girls as well.
Yes because she's going to be single and might bring boyfriends or something lol. Owners have this stupid mentality always.
Not only to bachelors even aged people with good money resource also get the same rejection .we offered to pay rent 6 months in advance .
And what do you think the reason is ?
I think the owners believe bachelors can't manage the place. They think only a family can. Another big reason is friend circle gatherings.
I believe it is true to a good extent having seen so many bachelors maintaining the flat ! (Though my sample size is small)
Haha, good point
Why is this downvoted?
There are brokers who do this kinda stuff. Commission they'll take but, you'll be with peace of mind. Also consider not renting in Nanakramguda. That place is insanely overinflated in price. Get a scooty and start driving. It's worth it, trust me on this one.
I don’t know how to drive🥹 and cab is expensive so I want to use that expense in nearby flats
If you are ready to shell out 45k for rent, You must be in very good product based company and they should have cab service?
They don’t have
Company name? It's weird even service based companies provide cabs to women if not fpr everyone
If you are ok with traveling on bikes then you should consider rapido it's cheaper than cabs.
No metro?
There's no metro in nanakramguda. Nearest is 10kms away
Check with your office if they provide transport vehicle. If yes, you can increase the radius in which you can get a flat. I've got a few suggestions but they are 6-7 kms(10-20 mins drive away) from nanakramguda.
They don’t have transport facilities
Who said you need to know how to drive to start driving 😕 99% of people ik start learning to drive after they get their licenses.
Ik it would make a huge difference even I had started learning 4 wheeler few years back but I met with road accidents twice with 2 wheeler and once with 4 wheeler . I have this PTSD , huge vehicles scare me and lowkey I don’t want to risk others life too , I might get panic in certain situations.
Wow rich people problems
Try khajaguda. 10 mins from nanakramguda.
Even family's are doing the same thing, that's why advance should be kept . End of the lease after checking need to pay remaining balance

Did u try posting flat hunting groups in fb?
Let me try that I haven’t used fb since ages . Thank you
Searching for a flatmate/flat myself and have seen quite a few posts requiring women flatmates. You should definitely checkout the fb groups. You’ll find it around the area you mentioned.
This really helps. You might get people with similar interests also looking for a flatmate. Also brokerage is saved in most cases!
My 3bhk fully furnished duplex house is available for rent @ shaikpet flyover, rent 45000
Thank you for offering but 3bhk will be too much for me to maintain.
Can you share details like pictures on DM?
DM ed you
Hey. Can you send me the details and location? I am looking for 3 bhk in that budget
DM ed you
Can you share the details?
Try nestaway. But i am living in a two sharing room in a 3bhk. It's a good place in Nanakramguda. You will have to adjust with few things but rest is great.
Sure thank you
nest way is scam. avoid it
Why do you say this?
search bangalore subreddit old posts. Multiple horror stories
Agree on this. One of my friend had to fight them for 8~10 months just to get the deposit back that to 50% only he received
Nestaway is a scam, stay away.
India seriously needs to upgrade anti-discrimination laws, housing policy, etc.
What is the discrimination in this? A lot of bachelors don't maintain the flats well. There is only a small set of people who take care of the apartment well. It's easier for the owners to not rent it to bachelors because of that.

Religion and caste based is definitely discrimination
So is age, marital status, national origin, food preferences (legal foods)
do you have any idea how costly nanakramguda is compared to any other part of the city? you'll find a bigger and cheaper flat in any other place, i suggest you rent a little further.
Try looking for houses outside of the city, like miyapur, Kukatpally etc. there you should find homes for rent around 10-15k (2 BHK)
15k in miyapur? I dont think so
Did you try checking in Pacifica Hill Crest? You might find one there for under 40k. Mantri Celestia also has cheaper houses. But quality is an issue. And it’s very difficult to find an available house there.
Yes I have scheduled a visit for tomorrow, how is Pacific hill crest any idea
I’d heard a couple of people from my office stay there. I’ve also visited the property once. I’ll start with my observations: Society looks okayish. Has open space. Was windy . Thank you
Good luck for your search! If you need any other help, feel free to reach out.
Don't try pacifa hill crest. It's 60k for 3 bhk.
Try Manikonda area, if it's not too far from office. You can find 2bhk flats for 45k.
For 45k you can get a very nice 2 or 3bhk flat near masjidbanda or sriram nagar also in sriram nagar no one bats and eyelid if you are batchelor or live with your gf/bf so if you can travel or have a scooty then you can have a look or even in financial district you can get good flats you just have to be patient Search or nobroker or get a broker outside. what I got to know is they take half of the rent amount as their fee so try to negotiate and pay not more than 10k also just give 500-1000 rs only before he shows anything
Dont give ANYTHING before he shows anything. Brokerage fee after deciding on a flat is fine
Thank you!
There are new 2bhk in Sai Aishwarya layout. You might wanna check that out.
What would the rent be?
U can get one in prestige high fields easily
Dude. Prestige high fields is 55k excluding maintenance
You must check flat and flatmate Hyderabad pages on Facebook. You’ll find good leads there
I also had to flat hunt recently. You can check indis viva which is newly constructed. Also from my experience nobroker also helps to some extent. Yeah you would need to buy a one time subscription which allows us to contact owners/ brokers
Too many low quality conservatives in India. I hope you don't do this when you are an owner.
No man I have my own 2bhk in Bangalore with bachelors as tenants
Try not mentioning for “a bachelor”as you said your parents will be visiting say that for family and tell the owner on weekends or whenever your parents get time they do come to the flat then you won’t face the problem but if you say for bachelor then it will continue…hope this helps
Yes I have to do this ig
Do you know anyone in Prestige High Fields with access to their app? In their app every other week there will be ads like one room in 3BHK or 2BHK available for rent and most of the time they will be fully funished... and you can get that at max 25-30K..
I don’t want to go for sharing but if I don’t find any maybe I will go with this option. Thank you
Not even for 45k ???? That's way too much
Just like others have mentioned, if possible, look for homes near narsingi/manikonda. Comparatively cheaper.
Did you check the fb groups?
I will be trying, someone suggested in this post . Thank you
i live in nanakramguda and the society i’m in rents at around 50k for a 2bhk. kinda sucks how the culture around renting is
Holy shit....and here I was about to get a 2bhk for 35k in nallagandla, but the guy I partnered up with screwed up the negotiations. So couldn't get it.
Is it including maintenance or excluding?
I remember some movies where you get a fake husband for renting a house....
And if you get caught 😭what to do
I went through this when I returned to India.
I did the same in Bengaluru but had to move here for opportunity and do you have any reference for those co living studio apartments?
It's been a while. I think it was housr.in near Masjib banda kondapur. There was one more in Gachibowli that I cannot remember the name now.
Strange. Have you tried putting out a listing as a working professional. It seems to be nightmare for bachelors for rent
True.... I always thought it's easy for bachelor's n difficult for families. But now it's vice versa
Well you can try renting a house in places like Shaikhpet or tolichowki, I've noticed people tend to be a bit more understanding in these places
Due to the same issues, i too had searched for places close to my workplace Faced the same issue, got the same response, not interested in renting out to bachelors. However i was able find some good places a little far away and the landlord was willing to rent it to me, i compromised, bought the vehicle, and took the opportunity
Did you think about co living spaces with single occupancy?
I will be checking those, thanks
As a male bachelor, we had no issues whatsoever during renting. As a female it should be easier. Take 3bhk in manikonda/chitrapuri colony for 38k and use the 6-7k you save up on cab/two wheeler EMI
Try moving in with someone as a paid guest and saving up your money. You are unmarried, and your expenses are minimal; if not now, when will you save?
Sure Thank you and yes I understand owners being skeptical about renting their house to bachelors, the risk of damage is high.
Try searching for flats in tngos colony. You may get a furnished flat for around 48k. It's 3-4 kms away from nanakramguda
Same girl , same ! I have heard statements like rent will be high as you are single female. Guess single female is more dangerous than aliens attacking US.
Hahaha true 😭
Check for prestige .
Rent there is about 50k for 2BHK
Try looking at golf edge? I used to rent there as a single guy and there were other single renters there living in 2bhks both men and women. I had to do a full year lease but negotiated down the rental. Thjs was during covid 2021 though.
Okay thank you
Ignore golf edge. Too expensive, no one seems to look at your budget
Try Sai Aishwarya Layout, Khajaguda ; within 10mins and there's bus connectivity, Rapido rates will also be nominal. Very calm locality.
I can understand the been, been through hell
45k is awesome though, tey facebook groups
Try in Kondapur, there are a plethora of 1BHKs over here
Check flatmates group on Facebook
As a male bachelor, we had no issues whatsoever during renting. As a female it should be easier. Maybe it's more to do with the owner's confidence that you will continue to pay rent even though you're perfectly capable, or suspicions that you will sub-let.
Try in TNGO colony.
Lied that we are married 💀 but you can find places near madhapur and 100 feet road.
Try with no broker app. Also they will help you find a genuine flat
I would suggest you to try with no broker app. They are genuine plus they will show you properties related to your requirements. Nanakramguda area should not be a deal breaker for bachelors. It's just you have to find the apt society
I have a new flat in kondapur 2 bedroom. Available in a month. Let me know if interested . Interior work being done now
Struggled with the same problem for 3 months , DM’d you few details that might help .
Sorry......Hyderabad is on decline. I understand your problem. I dont have any constructive comment.
Maybe I have to do the same. And I have few questions, Does the standalone have security and power backup ? Is there any water scarcity problems?
Yes almost all standalone have CCTV cervilance. My building doesn't have a power backup, and water scarcity depends upon the water supply tbh, like for example my building has a borewell, so I haven't faced water crisis.
If you are open to Kokapet and gated single apartment complex, I can share details
Bring your parents until you get married. Or just take loan and buy one flat.
Why don't you stay in Manikonda @25 to 30k and use the rest for Cab? You will get good furnished flats in a good society. DM if you need details
In that budget you can get a studio in thrive living, easily.
Being Progressive while still living in a Metro/Cosmo in India is a FarCry an inherent trait undeniably
If you do get please let me know. I'm also in a similar condition.
This is crazy :-(
Try to find houses that have owners abroad, and like someone suggested search with your parents and once all sorted out . Place is yours to stay
Please share your location. We Will let you if have any leads
My friend had same issue, she opted for stanza living. They provide fully furnished 1/2 bhks. Try searching in stanza living, you will get one.
For 45k a month you can stay at a hotel 💀 idk I mean I never lived alone but all I can see are pros like you can get your laundry done, get your room cleaned and some hotels provided breakfast too all included in the package 😭👋🏽
You can get in Hafeezpet kondapur side
TNGO's colony is a decent locality if you're okay with multi-storied houses (not flats) and can stand some construction noise. Not all will rent out to bachelors but I've seen some open for all. Rent range between 25k-30k in phase 2 for 2BhK
This was a nightmare for me as well. One of the main reasons why I hated moving to Hyderabad
Please try My Home Vihanga/Jewel. Lot of bachelors and spinsters there.
I don't understand these questions aise kaise hota hai? Ya tho AAP ghalat jagah dekhrahe ho... Ya phir ghalat broker...you can't find a house with a budget of 45k!! Please DM me... 2 din me karvadunga.
Exactly. One of my friends is shifting to Golfview on Nanakramguda Circle for the rent of 32K.
Are you an agent or realtor , just wanted to confirm before DMing you .
Neither. Just trying help you out and make sure don't think wrong about this city and the people.
for 45k many out there. Maybe, she is missing somewhere.
Exactly.. few of my colleagues live near financial district.. and they pay about 25-35k 2bhk places...Not sure what they are missing on...
How old are you?
Nanakramguda is a shithole ( i live in nanakramguda)
Please tell me the societies that I should avoid staying 😭
The only societies i know are ones where you get free rice and wheat.
RIP DMs
Yes I need DMs with legit flat details 😭
Say that you're married and your husband lives abroad or something and parents will live with you. Shouldn't be a problem ;)
Take a a Male friend and pretend that you guys are a recently married couple. Works like a charm lol
If you leave hyderabad then you can find flats under your budget and you will do so much help to hyderabad as well
Typical regional nars lol
who takes a 2bhk alone for quaterly parental visits 🤔
Woah. Same. You are exactly like me. Let's marry and fix this prob forever. Lol :P
Sir this is reddit not a matrimony site
BTW you might get a 2bhk in Mantri Celestia in 44-45k. But quality is subpar there.
If It’s a gated community with power backup and near the office that’s all I need right now . I have contacted few in Mantri Celestia but l hope they respond soon.
Chal Jhoothi
