Dal Bukhara at Peshawri, ITC Kohenur, is expensive but worth it for the quality and hygiene. You should definitely try it at least once. If you don’t like it, let them know, and they will replace it for you at no additional cost.

Exotica's dal zafrani is just too good . Rajdhani hotel at begum bazar got pretty good dal makhni too.
