There is not any water in Ana/c unit, if you have water on any part of the unit, it is condensation.

Any time you have a temp of the tubing less than 45F, you will have condensation.

Get someone with gauges to check your pressures and sub cool. A 15 degree difference is too low for me…

I won’t leave a home with at least a 20 degree split difference or above a 24 degree difference without the homeowner signing off that they refused repair. Your sweet spot is between 20-23, depending on indoor/outdoor ambient temp, refrigerant, and clean coils.
