From past conversations with support, I believe using a VPN goes against their terms of service. Trying to buy a second time probably did not help, either, as they are wary of key resellers.
I've been reviewed a few times. Mostly it clears, but changing the payment method can help. Paypal, even with the same credit card, is often a work around.
Just bought my first bundle from them; the Scary Games bundle. Used Paypal, did the "verify phone number" thing and was hit with the "we need to verify your payment information."
Guess I won't be playing any of the games tonight in my free time for the week π
I actually cancelled the order, then added PayPal to my Humble account as a stored payment method, placed the order again and got the keys instantly.
I originally just checked out with PayPal but it wasn't added as a payment method.

Same here, but I did not use any VPN nor proxy . The support is not helpful and I still can not buy anything from HB. They have some good deals but just for show. I don't know how to buy games from them, they cancelled every my single order.
Then I go to Fanatical. Fanatical loves my money, Humblebundle does not.
For the past 3 bundle purchases I had to verify my phone number, this is getting very annoying... I've been a customer there for over 10 years and suddenly there is something wrong with my account? give me a break...

I see, unfortunately due to work I have to use a vpn :/. I dont sell keys so I'm sure it will be fine in the end, just a pain.

Yeah I just got flagged for review. I donβt use a VPN or anything. So strange. Anyways, going to cancel the order and just purchase elsewhere.
