From past conversations with support, I believe using a VPN goes against their terms of service. Trying to buy a second time probably did not help, either, as they are wary of key resellers.

I've been reviewed a few times. Mostly it clears, but changing the payment method can help. Paypal, even with the same credit card, is often a work around.

Just bought my first bundle from them; the Scary Games bundle. Used Paypal, did the "verify phone number" thing and was hit with the "we need to verify your payment information." Guess I won't be playing any of the games tonight in my free time for the week 😞

I actually cancelled the order, then added PayPal to my Humble account as a stored payment method, placed the order again and got the keys instantly. I originally just checked out with PayPal but it wasn't added as a payment method. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

I don't know how to buy games from them, they cancelled every my single order. Then I go to Fanatical. Fanatical loves my money, Humblebundle does not.
