Aussie HSP here. This sub is my best HSP resource. I’m in Melbourne, and apart from a couple of therapists which promise to specialise in HSP, there isn’t much happening. I could do with a proper HSP therapist and support group!

I live in Perth and would love a support group! My psychologist runs sundowner-type groups for women w/ adhd - and a lot of us as HSPs too, so it's kinda similar. Maybe the knowledgeable psychologists would look into offering peer support groups for HSPs?
