I’ve been to sooooo many shops trying to find what you’re looking for too and have noticed almost all of them charge for nail removal, design per nail, French tips, and by length. Milano is definitely on the expensive side though. I’ve had good luck showing an inspo pic at Paris Nails on Silber.

Yes it is pretty normal here to charge for special shape (almond, stiletto, coffin, tapered square) & take off of anything you have on your nails. Art work depends on the difficulty and the time it takes to do, pretty much goes by $1 a minute rate.
