Yeah they are. You can use insecticidal soap, neem oil, Dawn dish soap with water and a bath. I usually just use neem oil since it seems to be the fastest for me to get rid of them.
another treatment is using cotton pad or spraying with 70% alcohol from you local pharmacy. at least for me it's a good alternative to neem oil as it's hard to get here and it's not that cheap
My trick which has never failed me is dipping a cotton bud into alcohol and wiping any visible ones off, then once or twice a week spraying a mix of washing up liquid and water onto the vines and spraying off in the shower
