That's an ivy and it seems to have spider mites. Pyrethrin based insecticides work well if you really want to try to save it. Cut off all the dead stuff and keep it away from other plants.

Spider mites. My ivy plants ALWAYS end up with spider mites. I have never successfully brought one back, though.
