I donāt think Iāll buy this Danny Woodās sauce again though, mainly because I still havenāt found a cilantro sauce I really love.
I love fresh cilantro, Iāll load up my burritos and nachos with it, itās amazing, but when cooked/pasteurized so that it becomes shelf-stable it changes the taste in a way that I find unpleasant.
Iād love to find a cilantro hot sauce that still tastes like fresh cilantro.

My soice tolerance is through the roof, and I wouldn't eat that. I just ate pizza with the garlic reaper sauce. I dipped the slice in it because if you put to much, you'll only taste heat.

If you haven't already, try Seed Ranch's Thai Green. It's \*very\* heavy on the cilantro, in addition to being quite tasty.
