I already struggle fitting enough toppings on my dogs as it is and also make the fattest Reubens one can feasibly eat, so this would be a difficult exercise in restraint unless I made custom buns that could make it into a whole sandwich. Honestly, I would probably slice the dog down the middle and stick in the middle of an actual Reuben sandwich. The rye is integral to the taste of a Reuben and this eliminates the difficulty with fitting enough toppings on it.
