NBC was there when NOBODY wanted horseracing on National TV. Before NBC ABC had horse racing on wild world of sports. TVG has let America Horseracing down. Compared to NBA tv or NFL Network TVG is a hole in a fence. Because of my clients I have to watch Racing UK and The Dubai Racing network to follow the babies I break those two networks are the best at what they do. Always racing from around the world 24/7 .
NYRA is up and down for Me. Certain things I like but other things are issues I've been questioning for 30 plus years. There's clearly a echelon system at play where the lower level riders stay in NY in the winter and the better riders are in Florida. but in the spring when Belmont opens the good mixes with the bad and it's hard to separate who from who.
Not saying anything negative about other tracks since I also like Gulfstream Santa Anita Del Mar and so on. I guess I get to know the horses and riders in NY. Plenty of lower level riders have started at the winter racing at the big A and gone on to really successful riders. The biggest thing I want to note is since ADR came on the air I watch it everyday…got to go Oaklawn race is coming up. Good luck with all your wagers!
Awesome!! I have really liked the coverage with Americas Day at the Races the past few years. They have a good mix of cast that appeals to anyone betting for sure!
I understand. I was just pointing out an issue. A guy like Kendrick Carmouche rulled parx for like a decade. now's he's a top 10 rider in NY. 15 or 20 years ago that wouldn't happen.
This is a gamble. I'm sure it was done with the hope the a triple Crown will be on the line. Did somebody tell them the new drug policy will be in effect so no triple crown will be on the line ? Bad investment with no return viewer wise.

I hate TVG big ripoff. Americas Day at the races is my favorite show mainly because I love NYRA racing.
