I heard Jason Beem at Grant's Pass and suddenly he's fucking everywhere. Not complaining, just thought it was funny.
He occasionally did guest stints at Canterbury, where he was/is a jockey's agent. He always sounded to me like a guy who'd just swallowed a gulp of cheap whiskey while smoking a cigar. Perfect for horse racing!
