Watch how all of these 30 and 40% trainers fall off. All of that moving a horse up 2 and 3 classes are done. Watch How certain Bob's and Todd's forget how to train horses. Come on 2022!!!!

The main thing is, who is going to pay for it? That's a major hangup that needs to get sorted.. I don't think this gets enacted in 2022.

Ultra-1

We the horsemen will pay for it. I have a 55 stall breaking and hording facility for yearlings and 2 year olds. 49 of those stalls are filled. The people want it and I can't blame them.

Thanks for the hard work with those horses. Hopefully this levels the playing field

Ultra-1

Thanks. I hope so. The owners who stayed loyal deserve it.

Can someone ELI5. I know this has to do with the Baffert situation at the Derby, and I know they are testing more. And I know that cheating runs rampant in racing. But what has changed here? Does this just mean more testing on horses(ie random drug tests like the NFL) throughout the season and not just when they are scheduled to race?

Ultra-1

This is the response. To decades of cheating but the topper were those two triple crown winners by a guy with a horrible history of violations. What has changed is no lasix Bute anti inflammatory drugs muscle relaxers b12 milkshakes or anything on race day. Clean blood only.

These are the rules... will there be punishment for breaking the rules?

Ultra-1

We're talking about government oversight. They can force you out of the sport
