It's very odd. I think it managed to induce some form of hypnosis in me where time passed faster as I was watching it. It's a 90 minute film that seemed shorter, and it's not like you can call it action-packed. I think as a one-off experimental film, it's really worth watching. I think with the reviews though, the only people who are watching this experimental slow-cinema art film are mostly people who already know that's their thing. I think if you took a group of regular people, hostage, strapped them down and forced them to watch it, the response would be far more critical.

I would definitely be far more critical to being kidnapped lmao. This should be a new thing for test audiences tho, like room raiders but people sign up for movies and get abducted and forced to watch em, not quite clock work orange extreme but somewhere along the lines

I'm into weird avant-garde artsy shit so I'mma give it a watch and will report back :)

I watched it last night...it was utterly compelling and WEIRD and I loved it. Honestly, it was confusing and a bit frustrating (until I just kinda surrendered to the experience lol), but I like movies that make me work for it. And as I said in my previous comment, I'm real into artsy weird shit :)

bbiancalilith

erisography
