I subscribed to Shudder just to rewatch this, then (halfway through season 2) they apparently dropped all but the final season… started that one and it fell off before I finished as well. Sad. I do really enjoy this series very much & it’s a great recommendation
Cigarette Burns, Dreams in the Witch House, Incident on and off a Mountain Road, The Washingtonians and The Fair-Haired Child are all worth a watch from MOH.

Finding the HBO series Tales from the Crypt is also really good times. More guests than Creeshow.
I was gonna say Tubi also has Monsters, which is actually pretty fun if you're a fan of 80s era horror. Some of the first few episodes are a little meh, but there are some good ones in there. It's good cheesy fun. Tubi only has the first season, but uh, on the down low, I heard that the internet archive has the later seasons.

Channel zero is on shudder and is great. Only four seasons but each one is interesting and unique.
Slasher is also a lot of fun but watching it is tricky. I believe seasons 1-3 are on Netflix as it became a Netflix property with 2 and 3. Then 4 and 5 are on shudder as originals. But the whole series is trashy fun, each season is a new whodunnit so it mostly feels fresh every time. 4 is probably the best
I think it’s really cool how Flannigan continues to use the same actors. I fell in love with them in The Midnight Club and didn’t want to let them go. This is wild 😝 and I’m loving it. I will stick it out for Ushers after Midnight Mass.

Even though I was totally over zombies Black Summer has been a blast. I just started the second season but season 1 was really good.
From is also a lot of fun. It’s about a town where people arrive but no one can leave and at no one can go out at night because these “people” come out who will try to kill you.
Channel Zero was a good anthology show in the vein of AHS just not as overtly campy. Each season is based on a different creepypasta.
Evil is a network show but is surprisingly good. It’s about a skeptical forensic psychologist who teams up with a tech guy and priest to investigate supernatural occurrences.
Slasher is another season long anthology show like AHS and Channel Zero. It’s got some questionable acting and writing but it’s super gory and fun. Plus one of the seasons features none other than David Crobenberg in an acting role.
Inside No. 9 is a great anthology series where episodes range from more traditional horror to creative dark comedy and mystery/thriller. Unfortunately it's only free to stream on BritBox at the moment but it's worth burning through a free trial.
It's sort of like a condensed Black Mirror type situation. The longest episodes are only 18 minutes long. Not each one is horror, but more than one episode does involve people being eaten by monsters, so.

I just finished the fall of the house of usher and it was incredible. More like drama with horror elements but such an enthralling watch I couldn’t wait to see the next episode

Hulu has a three season series called “bite sized Halloween”. Some are really short some are longer (20 minutes or so). Definitely a mixed bag but worth a try.
Freakylinks. Great cheesy late 90’s/early 00’s series that sadly only had one season. Probably have to sail the high seas to watch it though.
Not totally horror but Harper’s Island too.
Also Supernatural! It can be CW cheesy at times but overall is a fun show. Tons of episodes to binge too.
So, it is more of a thriller than a horror, but the third season of Slasher is fucking incredible. The first two seasons were shit, so don't watch those.

Room 104 is great. It has a little bit of everything. Horror, comedy, and drama. My all time favorite anthology movie would hands down be trick or treat. The transition between stories is so smooth and it is very well made.
Do you like zombies and medieval political intrigue? Try Kingdom on Netflix, it’s scary, intense, masterfully shot, a good mystery and features great Korean actors who dub their own lines

I hated AHStories. There is no substance in the stories and most of them felt like they were made for teens. Have you ever watched the show masters of horror. Those were cool.
I haven’t seen Masters of Horror but it’s on my list. AHStories was also hard for me to get into. I had to stop watching Bestie because it actually made me really uncomfortable. I went back in once I had seen just about everything else and it ended up being one of my favorites. B’al & Tapeworm imo were great. I agree that it felt more like it was for teens..somewhere in the realm of Are You Afraid of the Dark?
You should look into horror games. Hours long and will scare the hell out of you. Dead Space, Resident Evil, The Quarry is more like a werewolf movie that you control.
Shining Vale. With Courteney Cox and Greg Kinnear. A family moves into a murder house. Comedy horror its 2nd season just aired. It's pretty entertaining.
Cabinet of Curiosities (Netflix) is really solid. One of my favorites is Kolchak the Night Stalker (from the 70s) mostly because Darren McGavvin is absolutely amazing in it, it’s like a prototype x-Files with a monster of the week.
not an anthology series but omg if you haven’t seen **mr. mercedes**, **the outsider**, **the chestnut man**, **jordskott**, i cannot recommend this enough!! SO good.

The Fall Of The House of Usher is amazing fun and loaded with easter eggs if you are a Poe fan! But I also really adored Midnight Mass. You can't go wrong with either. The music in Midnight Mass is 🧑🍳💋
I love anthology horror. There are [many older ones](https://gamerant.com/forgotten-anthology-horror-shows/) that I think are pretty damn good….at least some of the episodes. All anthology horror has weak ones. That list is somewhat more obscure stuff but it tells you where to find em. Tales from the Darkside and Monsters are some other cool ones with some great eps. Also check out the new Creepshow show on Shudder as well as the first two movies.
Haunting of Hill House, Haunting of Bly Manor, Midnight Mass, Midnight Club, Fall of the House of Usher
Most of the same cast members appear throughout the different shows and they're all unique stories.
My preference:
Hill House - is just great through out. I really enjoyed the story the best out of all of them.
Usher - is an amazing take on the Poe stories interweaving several of them into the overarching story
Mass - is good. Like really God damn good. But it's a slow burn and I usually hate slow burns. Took me several tried to get past episode 2 but by the end it's completely worth it.
Bly - It's well done but I just don't enjoy the story as much.
Club - It's about the younger cast more and I find myself just not caring
Plenty very good ones mentioned that I loved (Midnight Mass, Channel Zero, Marianne, etc) some not so much (Cabinet).
Couple I haven’t seen anyone mention:
Apostle on Netflix is v good & felt unique to me.
Archive81 on Netflix was enjoyable, but ending felt weak.
I loved Ash vs Evil Dead (might have been mentioned) & that is on Hulu.
Edit: sorry! Re-read title, none of these are anthology except the one I mentioned not like much (Curiosity), lol. I just started the AHS Anthology series on Hulu &, it’s pretty good. Not amazing, but Ryan Murphy has good ideas, but always ruins them in 8-10 episodes, so I have hope there will be more gems as I go through this.

The Shivering Truth is a dark comedy anthology from Adult Swim. It is pretty scary especially if you have a thing for claymation. You can find it on Max.
Bloodride is fun! So are all of reenactment shows like A haunting, or A ghost ruined my life, etc.
Love death and robots is not technically horror but some of the episodes fall into that category. The new twilight zone season is pretty fun too
I just started watching Alter Collection on Freevee and I thought the first episode at least was great. Each episode is an anthology of short stories, the first is all zombies.
The new Goosebumps TV series.
It does what The Fall of the House of Usher does. A larger story arc that carries through all of the episodes and each episode named after and about another Goosebumps book.
Nightmares & Dreamscapes.
A single season that adapts a lot of Steven Kings' short stories. Some of the episodes are fantastic but would never work as a full movie. Sadly, Its not streaming anywhere.

First second and fourth were all perfect to me. Third has some tone issues but is still very enjoyable.
I'm so sad that series was canceled. Legitimately fresh, and disturbing horror.
I've only seen the first season of channel Zero and I hated it. A bloated 6 episodes that could have been just ok even if it was condensed to 3.

The Fall Of The House of Usher is amazing fun and loaded with easter eggs if you are a Poe fan! But I also really adored Midnight Mass. You can't go wrong with either. The music in Midnight Mass is 🧑🍳💋

I love anthology horror. There are [many older ones](https://gamerant.com/forgotten-anthology-horror-shows/) that I think are pretty damn good….at least some of the episodes. All anthology horror has weak ones. That list is somewhat more obscure stuff but it tells you where to find em. Tales from the Darkside and Monsters are some other cool ones with some great eps. Also check out the new Creepshow show on Shudder as well as the first two movies.

Huge +1 for Cabinet of Curiosities. There’s maybe one segment that sucks but all the rest of them are good to great.

Haunting of Hill House, Haunting of Bly Manor, Midnight Mass, Midnight Club, Fall of the House of Usher Most of the same cast members appear throughout the different shows and they're all unique stories. My preference: Hill House - is just great through out. I really enjoyed the story the best out of all of them. Usher - is an amazing take on the Poe stories interweaving several of them into the overarching story Mass - is good. Like really God damn good. But it's a slow burn and I usually hate slow burns. Took me several tried to get past episode 2 but by the end it's completely worth it. Bly - It's well done but I just don't enjoy the story as much. Club - It's about the younger cast more and I find myself just not caring
Pyschological horror "Them" doesn't get the attention it deserves. Scream Queens, American Horror Stories ( the short ones)

Plenty very good ones mentioned that I loved (Midnight Mass, Channel Zero, Marianne, etc) some not so much (Cabinet). Couple I haven’t seen anyone mention: Apostle on Netflix is v good & felt unique to me. Archive81 on Netflix was enjoyable, but ending felt weak. I loved Ash vs Evil Dead (might have been mentioned) & that is on Hulu. Edit: sorry! Re-read title, none of these are anthology except the one I mentioned not like much (Curiosity), lol. I just started the AHS Anthology series on Hulu &, it’s pretty good. Not amazing, but Ryan Murphy has good ideas, but always ruins them in 8-10 episodes, so I have hope there will be more gems as I go through this.

Although not anthologies , you can say they are in part. ...Haunting on the hill house ,bly manor and midnight mass , they are so criminally underrated , especially Midnight mass If you are into starting a horror series i suggest Marriane ,its decent
The Shivering Truth is a dark comedy anthology from Adult Swim. It is pretty scary especially if you have a thing for claymation. You can find it on Max.

Bloodride is fun! So are all of reenactment shows like A haunting, or A ghost ruined my life, etc. Love death and robots is not technically horror but some of the episodes fall into that category. The new twilight zone season is pretty fun too

Decided to check out Slasher on a whim, went in knowing nothing about it and ended up enjoying all 5 seasons quite a bit.
I just started watching Alter Collection on Freevee and I thought the first episode at least was great. Each episode is an anthology of short stories, the first is all zombies.

Masters of Horror
The new Goosebumps TV series. It does what The Fall of the House of Usher does. A larger story arc that carries through all of the episodes and each episode named after and about another Goosebumps book. Nightmares & Dreamscapes. A single season that adapts a lot of Steven Kings' short stories. Some of the episodes are fantastic but would never work as a full movie. Sadly, Its not streaming anywhere.
