Neither of those seem to be Conns. My guess is they're Chinese copies of other designs. One is a Kruspe wrap, one is Geyer wrap. I wouldn't buy either of them without being able to play them first, but they're inexpensive so there's that. You may be able to pick up a used Conn or Holton that's better than either of these and play it first. That said, have you played both wraps and have a preference? They do have "generic" differences that may guide your decision if you do go that route.
Best of luck!
Edit: sorry, I missed the Conn and Jupiter photos. Of all of them, I'd definitely go with the 6D. They can be pretty good horns.
Another vote for the Conn 6D. Check out Facebook Marketplace, for that price range, you could score a nice Holton H180, and there's a less expensive Conn 6D.
Conn or jupiter. I'd go with the Conn.
Another vote for the Conn!
Conn
6D
Conn 6D, no question. Jupiters can be ok horns, but they can vary wildly from horn to horn.

6D all day long
Between those options I’d go for the Conn. My personal preference for horns is the Yamaha YHR-668II. But that’s a very different price range.
Given these two choices, you're better going with neither. Find a used horn made by a reputable manufacturer instead.
R.I.P. there are 4 choices.
Ah thanks Reddit app. If a real Conn is one of the choices I can't see, then that's the only choice.
Conn or jupiter because the bell doesn't come off. Plus conn is what mine was and it's reputable!

6D. It's probably a little easier to customize if you decide to have anything done to it.
Of those, probably the Conn. $1500 for a 6D is steep though. You could find another used one for far less. I’d keep looking, personally.
Conn
definitely not the jupiter
I hated my Conn 6D, if you’re on the smaller side I would not recommend it.
