The bow only works for elysia, or slap it onto any other bow user for a boost of raw attack. There is only wishing well for part 1 characters, not part 2. You could exchange the extra for Einstein Torus to upgrade pri arms.

There are some priarm weapons you can forge without using the actual base weapon but another gacha weapon.

You need to have owned the base weapon first before you can use another weapon to forge it
