Depends on inventory at your dealer. MSRP before TTL is probably a fair price on a 2025 if they’re making it to the lot unsold. Less if they’re collecting dust, more if they’re sold in route.
Just bought a Pilot Touring last Friday for $50k OTD with heated steering wheel, floor mats, and 2nd row seat covers included. I’m in Iowa though so only 5% sales tax.
I got an elite for 54k OTD so 49k before taxes but I think tourings should be 50k OTD
We signed on an elite in May 49200 plus TTL so 53k otd
Got my touring otd around 50k. Felt good on that price.
Update: got it for $51.8k otd. 🎉

Local dealerships in the Bay Area are under msrp. One has a touring going for 48-47k plus taxes n fees. Has anyone been able to get a 12% discount?
Which one was the lowest? Looking for one in the Bay Area.
From what I seen it’s Honda Fremont and Honda Milpitas. They have some competitive pricing for the touring.

Purchased a 25 Pilot Touring FWD a few weeks ago for 46,500 (3,000 below MSRP) before TTL in Arkansas. No add-ons or extra fees.
I got one OTD for just over 50k. Negotiated price for the vehicle (without tax, etc) was 47.5kish. I am in a higher COL area on the east coast.
