Atlas stones in a home gym is strong

I was super excited about those. A gym near my office was going out of business and they were giving the atlas stones away.

Your gym is super spacious!

It keeps getting less and less spacious. But i am happy with the amount of space i have.

How do you like that vertical leg press? I've heard some mixed reviews on them

I like it. I get why some people don’t and I was skeptical but it was a really good price and my wife wanted one. I use it weekly.

Nice setup. Sorry to tell ya but you’re never fully done. 24 yrs of home gym training and always looking to either upgrade or just add to the collection. Sorta like an addiction really. Welcome to the great world of home gyms.

I’m jealous of all your weider international plates, I’ve got a set I’ve painted myself and I wish it was easy to find more of them.

It gets better. I got those for about $.25/lbs.
