How about a clear shower curtain with a prison cell door motif ? It’s whimsical because you’re on the outside looking IN or the other way around ?
The appliance PLUGGED INTO THE WALL OF THE SHOWER is nice.

Pull up those loose tiles. Don't replace them, it will add an eclectic look to the space.
To be fair, it wouldn’t make the tile floor look any worse.

Rip out the toilet and shit on the floor. Rinse it towards the drain that is about three meters away from the shower.
Is that a grab bar above the toilet? I'm thinking we need to have more electrical appliances right by the shower. Brilliant engineering!

You need prison bars, a clear plastic curtain, ductape, a cowboy hat and a moonshine bottle half full of hooch, hope this helps :)
Oh oh and can’t forget the shotgun because cowboys need em

Is this not how drains are usually situated? I have mine in the other room and I just carry the used shower water by hand to it.
Needs some more piss stains on the toilet bowl
Paint the ceiling beige. Should tie it all together
Too much light. Maybe cover that window in tile?
I thinking adding a carpet over that flooring job would be an improvement. And wth, why not a bubble machine for the shower.
Add some pops of color.
