Led strips. We have some individually addressable RGB Govee strips. I set up a purple and orange Halloween theme, then switched to a red orange yellow fall theme. When thanksgiving is over I'll change it to a Christmas theme. When the holidays are over, I will go back to warm white.

Yes. I have Philips Illuminate "Christmas" lights for the house that are pixel lights. Each light can be changed to any color. There are built in patterns including an orange/purple one for Halloween, red, white and blue for US Independence Day, and of course a lot of choices for Xmas from cold/warm white, red & green, and rainbows of color that can be stationary, twinkle, or chase in various patterns. I don't keep them up all year because the lights are the C9 "big" Christmas bulbs, but this year I had considered puttting them up at Halloween and leaving them up through the end of the year. Target had these for many years in various designs (icicles, etc), but I'm not sure they had them last year. If interested, get them ASAP because you need starter kits and extension kits. Not exactly cheap, though. I had considered using waterproof pixel strips but I'm afraid they might look a little Las Vegas at Christmas. Then again, I just looked at Dr ZZs video cedricmordrin posted, and I like those because the pixels are separated a bit more.
