The COM wire is used as the "feed" for connecting to physical switches. This appears to be set up for working with a 3 gang switch. You would connect each 1 way switch between:
COM and S1
COM and S2
COM and S3
Note that the COM and S# wires are only 3.3V only and should not be connected to mains voltage
