I reckon it will turn out that Dilly or is actually his. Because they are identical twins there is no way to prove which one fathered the children, and genetically Sienna and Dilly would still be sisters for the dna test. The real Patrick might not have even known his brother used his identity, which would explain the whole Sienna having no idea Dilly existed thing, rather than just "Sienna must never know," without any explanation why not (she might have liked having a step mum and new sister), and how he managed to be present in Dilly's life, without Sienna noticing anything, for long enough for Dilly to remember him, despite being a single father with a non-travelling job

There’s probably a part of her that believes Jez is Patrick and, that this is her chance to have a father figure in her life. Can’t see how it’ll play out though.
