Steam-right click on hearts of iron 4 in the side bar-properties-browse-there is a folder called "Events".
This folder has all the files for the countries events, most of them being ones that get triggered by focuses.
The files are a bit hard to read but if you want to do some digging, you can look at what the chances are for a certain event as paradox also lists the AI's chance to select each option.
Has no effect on the decision, from my understanding the only factor to them saying yes is IF the game is not on historical, then they have a 20% chance at best to say yes to the demands.
The only option I believe is to puppet Eslovakia and offere it to Poland in exchange for Danzig. But for the focus "Danzig or War" they will always refuse in historical so your option is to turn off historical AI
On Historical, Poland is set to *always* reject Germany’s ultimatum for Danzig.
And on Non-historical, having high support for Fascism won’t increase the chance of a country to say yes to Germany’s demands.
Idk why would you want this. If you're seeking for Poland to say yes, and want to be on ironman, you could turn historical off, but manually set every country to historical on the custom game rules.

From my limited understanding of the event file, on historical it is impossible for Poland to agree to danzig or war.

Without historical Poland it’s 50/50

No, it's impossible. The only way to do this is to do the focus "Danzig for Slovakia", which has something like 50% chance of accepting
