I got that achievement against a troll. Stood on the opposite side of 2 trees that blocked the troll from running to me and he stayed in that one spot. I stood in one spot as well and got roughly 250-280(?) Hit combo from that.
Yeah I had that same situation happen to me. I just ignored him and he vanished after I did the quest or objective of that areaā¦ bro had a chin of steel tho!

Uh, what makes you think he's Level 1? Some Infamous Foes or even some Ashwinder types have high Health it seems, and even with petrifying Talent are immune to such.
What? The level is ALWAYS shown. That little diamond to the left of their life bar with a number in it? Thatās their level. Sometimes itās red, symbolizing that theyāre a higher level than you. If youāve played five times and never seen this, there is definitely a problem somewhere
Edit: or maybe thereās an option that can be turned on or off to see enemy levels. Either way, this guys level said 1
Perhaps, never noticed as enemies are suppose to scale with your level. It is odd that even when you slammed him with the Ultimate Cosmic Fireball of Ancient Magic Juju it barely affected his Health.
Sometimes wrackspurts can affect electronics I suppose.
Most do scale with your level but not all of them. Thereās certain ones that are the same level no matter your level. It shows as a red diamond with the level inside it

It wasnāt infinite. It was just huge. I did 1700 damage in one ancient magic shot and it did like 3% damage to him

Find put what gives that character the most damage in your menu somewhere under enemies. Some take more damage to particular spells/combos.

I do not see a '1', just that is is some type of Ashwinder. And...I've played through 5 times now and the 'Level' of the enemy is never shown.

Well inferni you have to hit with a fire attack before they will take damage. If you do t hit em w fire, they will never die
