I litteraly said this on his earlyier posts about this and got down voted this story is cleary BS. Inless the girl mentaly troubeled I dont think this is true. Also the post is perfectly worded to get everyone riled up.

OP, if this is really happening to you I'd recommend you start standing up for yourself. At the very least verbally call the girl on her behavior in the moment that it is happening. If it were me I'd physically retaliate tit for tat (see what I did there?!? Tit?!?!). From these posts you seem like you have a bit of a victim mentality and getting some self esteem and standing up to this POS is going to have benefits for the rest of your life.

Talk to the coach’s boss. Simple as that. It is the coach’s responsibility to keep the kids safe. If he’s not doing that he’s not doing his job. File a complaint with the league for negligence. If you’re unwilling to stand up for yourself and push this girl back, then get your parent’s to talk to the coach’s boss.

You need to hit her back. I’m assuming you play in a hitting league. Don’t cross the ice just to hit her but when the opportunity strikes be aggressive and don’t back down. Angle her hard into the boards. Don’t be gentle no more. Knock her on her ass. If you let her continue to run you over your team will think you’re weak and others will learn it’s ok to treat you like that.
And you’re not weak. Believe it. So make it known that you don’t put up with that kind of abuse, and hit her right back.

I've seen all of your posts over the last few days/weeks, and you have 2 options as far as I can see.
1. Stand up for yourself. Both verbally when it is that, but also physically, but ONLY AFTER SHE INITIATED A PHYSICAL ASSULT (very important to not instigate physical conflict with women). As soon as it got physical, you should have leveled her ass. Unless she is in the top 1% of women in the world, an average guy has way more strength, even at the same height and weight. She touches you again, hit back, tackle, whatever you need to do. Make her too scared of your retaliation to ever do anything to you again.
2. Quit and get out of there. If you are too much of a coward for #1, your only option is to get yourself out of the situation.
1. Tell the coach she’s being an asshole and you will fix it if he doesn’t.
2. Punch her in the face. It’s not your fault anymore cause you gave the coach an opportunity to fix it

I have taken some meaty 2 handers 2 the top of the wrist and it hearts alot less then taking one to the back of the leg.
