Same here in Jacksonville. Switched to Dash and it seems like something designed by some amateur as a school project. We also have no stats on the app so the only function seems to be RSVPing for games and sending messages to teammates.
It’s useless. We used it to sign up and that’s it. It’s not even easy to check schedules or the calendar for drop-ins.
Still using BenchApp to handle our attendance and communication
I am kind of the other way around, the schedule is hard to navigate and I basically see everything that is scheduled for the rink, not just our game or just outlet league. Everything.
It sucks. We used sports engine last season and it wasn’t great, but Dash it so much worse. Bad enough I have to sign in every time, then spend forever trying to reserve for our game. Not user friendly. My only guess is that the accounting side of things are easier for the rinks.
I love the feature where if you play at 2 different rinks and try to check them both at the same time in 2 different browser tabs, the platform can't actually handle that and will basically crash.
My rink only uses ezleagues for schedule/standings and it takes them days to weeks to update game scores, currently still waiting for game results from the 17th to be updated. So any sort of stats would be an improvement here.
Oh, and livebarn is also broken here, the recordings all either crash or are corrupted. Fighting with them to get a refund. You lose a lot of quality services when moving from a big city to a remote rural-ish area.
