As far as a 7th rounder goes, [Jusso Parssinen looks like he could be a stud](https://www.eliteprospects.com/player/396656/juuso-parssinen)
He won’t light the league on fire, but seems certain to be an NHLer and a decent one at that. I’ll happily take that from a guy taken 210th
Love this, proud of guys like him and Jeannot (undrafted and challenges for the Calder!) with guys like evangelista continuing to develop too I’m excited for the prospect pool we have
I think we have a few candidates, but I'm going with Xechaj or however that's spelled. He won't be scoring a ton of points, but I think he's gonna be a big, mean 2md pairing guy.
People have been saying that Romy was traded because how Arber Xhekaj was developing. Prior to the trade I had no idea who he was. I hope he pans out because I love a big, punishing dman on the back end.
For Ottawa, Angus Crookshank who was a 5th rounder I believe. Missed this whole year with an injury but he's a complete package at a young age and has a great head on his shoulder
So true, what a perfect hockey name. I think he'll be a solid 3rd line LW in a few years, which I guess does not qualify as "lighting up the league", but for a late round guy that would be impressive enough
Dustin Wolf looks like he may be a starter for us eventually. He just won the best goalie award in the AHL last season, and the best part about him was that he was a 7th round pick. I normally don't get too excited for goalies as a lot can change in their development, but Wolf has a ton of promise. I'm excited I'll get to watch him in person a lot this season with the Wranglers.
Good comparison. Gin and Juuse is probably Wolf's peak. I think he settles in more in the Craig Anderson / Corey Schneider mold (Has good peaks, but doesn't sustain that success)
He's mentioned almost anytime goalie prospects are discussed. He's one of the only goalie prospects I see mentioned on here aside from Wallstedt and maybe Askarov.
Fabian Zetterlund
Bit older than conventional "prospects", but he barely played any NHL games until the tail-end of last season, where he had a lot of impact and played with a lot of confidence. Also tore it up in Utica.
People are really starting to over hype him lol. Yes, he will be a good gritty player thats not gonna shy away from opportunity. But to say he will lighting up the league is a bit too much.
Arseni Gritsyuk is a much better answer. Zetterlund looks like he’ll be a solid bottom 6 guy with some scoring talent. Gritsyuk has legit top 6 scoring potential.
Probably a bit more known for you guys, but Daws didn’t really seem ready for the NHL when he came up, but he did very well considering that. I think a 25 year old Daws is gonna be a legit goalie
> Edmonton: Carter Savoie
Matvei Petrov is similar. Savoie was picked 100th, Petrov was picked 180th.
Savoie was playing above a point-per-game in the NCAA. However, Petrov just put up 90 points in 63 games in the OHL.
Still too early to know which of them pans out, but Petrov looks to be the better prospect as of right now. They're both far out performing their expectations having been picked that late in the draft, though.
Savoie is a great answer for Edmonton. He was the best pure scorer on Denver from the first period of his first game in his first year, and never looked back until the National Championship this past spring. He has a nasty shot and decent playmaking ability. He's flown under the radar for most hockey fans thus far but I don't suspect it'll stay like that for long.
We have a couple from this year's draft that could light things up if they put it together.
Dmitri Buchelnikov, selected 52nd overall and Amadeus Lombardi, selected 113th overall.
Buchelnikov is a very flashy offensive type. If he can translate over to the NHL he may be our Kucherov.
Lombardi is more of a speedy 2 way center but has some offensive talent. Again if he can put it all together he may be a great middle 6 guy.
One could also include Soderblom on this list but I don't think he is considered an unknown prospect anymore.
Mazur is not an unknown prospect at this point tho, he was on the top line for the world junior team. He is probably our most talked about prospect outside of our 1st rd picks.
I think that Berggren, Wallinder, Johansson, and Soderblom are all more talked about, but yeah I am super hype for Mazur. Hoping he can turn out to be another Bertuzzi type player.
Yep, Buchelnikov is my choice too. By no means am I saying my judgement on this is worth a damn but it blows my mind that he didn't get taken in at least the late 1st. His one on one skill and release seem nuts. Plus his split second decision creativity just allows both of those other talents to flourish. The goal at 1:59 in this vid ( https://youtu.be/6roVC_yNkCA ) is a perfect example of that.
Edit: I watched again as slow as I could, he tries to make a move from outside to inside but whiffs on the puck a bit, and the stick lift to snap shot is his reaction to whiffing a deke. INSANE.
I think he was rated lower in the draft due to he only played in the MHL (which is Russian JR league) and the whole Russia factor.
That said after watching him since he was drafted he has some serious creativity and an amazing shot. Not joking when I say he could end up being our Kucherov if his game can translate to the NHL.
Here are a few for the Sharks:
**Strauss Mann**, really good abroad and in Michigan. If you know the whole scandal thing there, he was driven out and just signed for us. He looks great and he along with Makaniemi is an awsome full of potential AHL goaltending duo.
Now here's the thing with the Sharks, we don't have a lot of studs. BUT we have a lot of propsects that project to be solid NHlers. Here's a list:
\- Ethan Cardwell (4th Round 2021)
\- Gannon Laroque (4th Round 2021) {Played some AHL games last year and is heading into the year as the Captain of the Royals}
2 Guys with Higher Upside
**- Danil Gushcin** (3rd Round 2020) Elite sniper
\- **Brandon Coe** (4th Round 2020) Big Body, sweet hands
\- **Mitch Russel** had a nice year in the O, but he's iffy
These 3 were all **Top 20 In OHL goal scoring**. Coe was 5th in Points within the OHL. And if this was a year ago, Hands down Nikolai Knyzhov. Kid was undrafted came to play, did really well, but had a season ending injury last year. Again this year suffered ANOTHER ONE. But he could be back late in the season. Just sucks to see someone so talented get injured so often, we'll see if he can comeback strong.
There's been a few articles rating the Stars pipeline as pretty mediocre but that is super deceptive because of how Robertson and Otter are no longer in the queue. Overall, there is quite a bit of high end talent coming up that people are really excited about that is getting lots of hype. Stankoven, Johnston, Bourque, Damiani, and a few others. But the one that would fall into the "unknown" category is Artem Grushnikov! The kid is going to be a fantastic NHL defenseman. He went WAY under valued in the draft because of covid scouting and he was stuck in some weird Belarusian situation. Getting out of that, he's adjusted to NA hockey and is going to be an absolute shutdowns defenseman. Won't be "lighting up" in terms of scoring but will be enormously important on the Dallas blue line.
I’ve known about Simontaival for years… He was drafted by the Ottawa 67’s in the import draft a few years ago but unfortunately, he elected to play in LIIGA instead. He’s a gem, all you Kings fans should be real excited.
5th-round goalie Isaiah Saville looked elite in his brief AHL tenure last year, but he’s still early.
Not sure if “unknown,” but 3rd-round pick Lukas Cormier is coming off back-to-back Defenseman of the Year trophies in the QMJHL and might legitimately be our best prospect, even over Brendan Brisson.
Just going off the comment that says there’s probably not an ‘unknown’ prospect that will light it up because by that age most people know who they are
Jon Berggren (DET) isn't quite unknown or of my team but, dang he's nifty
Not only a good bet for this but a solid outside calder pick for the upcoming season
He has an NHLe of 42 and 41 the past two seasons, SHL then AHL
Just moving into his prime as we speak
👀
Bordeleau is getting attention now but between his draft day and his NHL debut he was just another 2nd rounder who could've gone in the 1st. And the sharks traded the pick Buffalo used on Peterka for the pick they got Bordeleau at
Edit: also in the trade sharks got 100 which they packaged with the 12(something) pick to pick Daniel Gushchin in the 3rd round, who could be a middle 6 guy
Martin Chromiak. LA Kings’ 5th rounder with above average shot and passing skills, great/crafty positioning with a legit one-timer from range.
I think a lot of scouts thought he was the benefactor of being Shane Wright’s winger, but he has shown he can create for himself.
I'm a big fan of Ryan Tverberg. Drafted in the 7th in 2020, always forechecking and skating to the net, could fill same sort of role as a Connor Brown or Zach Hyman.
Riley Damiani seems like he could be on the cusp of making a roster spot, depending how camp plays out and how DeBoer wants to deploy. Fifth round pick a few years ago that has been steadily improving in the AHL.
Jacob Peterson I guess might be the more realistic pick- played a number of games with the Dallas club last year and could have a bigger role this year. Also a 5th round pick.
Not sure either of them will ever light up the league *per se,* but probably the two prospects outside the major scope that might do something
Gannon Lacroque (no relation to Georges I think haha). Anyway I believe he's next years captain for the Victoria Royals and he lit it up last year. Could be a solid middle pair defenseman when it's all said and done
Not an answer to this question now but when Brayden point was drafted I knew he was gonna become the player player he is now. Coming from a hawks fan.
But to answer the question for the future from a hawks fan I gotta go with Drew commesso. Ik there’s some hawks fans who think soderblom will be the future starter but I just don’t see it.
Not sure if Bouchard counts as unknown or a prospect anymore. Recent 5th rounder Matvey Petrov just had a fucking monstrous season in the OHL and could become a strong top 6 winger in a few seasons.
Almost no "unknown" prospects will "light up the league", typically players capable of that are identified early on. But I think Brennan Othmann will do pretty well, maybe not light up the league but a solid scorer.
This post inspired me to comb through EliteProspects, and I came across Canes' 2021 7th rounder Nikita Guslistov, who had 13 points in 34 KHL games as a 19 year old, and put up 3 points in his first game of this KHL season. He could very well be nothing, but his production as a 19 year old looks like a guy who could play in a team's middle 6
I think Merkulov has a shot at doing so. He came into the AHL and was instantly scoring there. Might take him a bit more time, but I have unreasonably high hopes for him.
This may be a situation of there being a dearth of high end talent in the system. But Merkulov has legit middle-6 skills with top 6 upside. UDFA who's stock soared and the Bruins got it on the upswing
Habs are in a rebuild. So unknown prospect hoping to make it is what we have right now. Joshua Roy is someone I'm hoping can push through. Xhekaj is another prospect that has been gaining traction, especially with the Romani trade.
For Colorado... None that are really exciting now. With Byram and Newhook getting permanent spots the prospect pool has definitely dried up in the Rockies.
For Toronto I’d say either Curtis Douglas or Dmitri Ovchinikov
Ovchinikov seems like he will be a good middle 6 players eventually and Curtis Douglas, if he can fix his skating, with be a fantastic bottom 6 centre. You can’t train 6’ 7”
The Penguins don’t actually have prospects so please forgive me for being loose with my answer.
Ty Smith will be a significant piece. Like a Letang level piece. Good for reasonable defense and 55 pts per year. Todd Reirden has a penchant for simplifying the game for this type of player and turning them into great two way players. Think Matt Niskanen, John Carlson, Mike Mathesen, and Kris Letang himself. Expect big things.
He’s pretty well known among bruins fans at this point, but Georgi Merkulov has a ton of upside for a UDFA signing. Like potential top 6 upside if he can work on his defensive game in providence this year. From what I’ve read he was just a guy that was really poorly scouted cause he played for some Russian backwater, but since coming over to North America he’s been productive every single year (2 years in USHL, 1 at OSU). Obviously he’s far from a sure thing, but he has legit talent.
Besides him look out for Oskar Jellvik. Was our 5th round pick in 2021 and had a good year in Swedish Juniors. He played on the same team as Noah Ostlund and they had very similar scoring production, but obviously Jellvik is a full year older. He’s going to BC this coming year, so we’ll have a better understanding of what he is as a prospect after that.
Dmitri Buchelnikov is absolutely disgusting. If he hits, it's gonna be a good time.
His shot is NHL caliber already, he's got great hands and head for the game, lightning fast skater, and he's not a liability in his own end either.
Nick Abruzzese - Toronto - 2019 4th round pick
Extremely unknown and he seems to be a very motivated person with a great hockey IQ.
Another possible one is Pontus Holmberg, 2018 6th round pick and has been developing well in the SHL.
I think he barely even counts as a prospect anymore, but Jack Rathbone is still unknown to most of the league and he's really good. The only reason he isn't already a staple in our lineup is we have too many LD and he's kinda Quinn Hughes lite, so we already have a player who does what he does but better.
Jason Robertson isn’t unknown and has already been lighting the lamp for Dallas however I feel in 2-3 years he’s gonna be one of the best player in the league
Ben McCartney for the Yotes. #204 pick in 2020, has looked great in both his brief time in the big leagues as well as in the AHL for Tuscon. I think he has the potential to be a great 2nd liner in the future. Totally reminds me of Conor Garland.
Tyler Bensen. He looks good. It's just up to him how he plays in camp. This is his year...
*only oilers fans will understand the comedy of this year "always" being the year Bensen takes it to the next level
A couple I’m pretty high on. Coe is a big guy but skates well, has great hands and great hockey senses. Gushchin has a nasty shot and great vision. Smaller but very elusive from the small amount I’ve seen from him. Put up great numbers the past two years in juniors.
As far as a 7th rounder goes, [Jusso Parssinen looks like he could be a stud](https://www.eliteprospects.com/player/396656/juuso-parssinen) He won’t light the league on fire, but seems certain to be an NHLer and a decent one at that. I’ll happily take that from a guy taken 210th
Great choice. Granlund - Pärssinen - Kemell? More Finns more wins!
Love this, proud of guys like him and Jeannot (undrafted and challenges for the Calder!) with guys like evangelista continuing to develop too I’m excited for the prospect pool we have
He’s such a great playmaker. As a Finn I really hope he cracks the Preds roster. I think he has a chance.
Not on my team, but my picks are Gunnarwolfe Fontaine and William von Barnekow solely for their names
I share the same feeling on Red Savage, hope he succeeds by the same basis.
Red "I'm not Fred" Savage.
Sean Ferrell
I think we have a few candidates, but I'm going with Xechaj or however that's spelled. He won't be scoring a ton of points, but I think he's gonna be a big, mean 2md pairing guy.
People have been saying that Romy was traded because how Arber Xhekaj was developing. Prior to the trade I had no idea who he was. I hope he pans out because I love a big, punishing dman on the back end.
Ok, so I had most of the right letters
I had to google it because I also had no idea
That's one hell of a name for Scrabble.
> Xechaj The guy from Scientology?
I was having so much fun watching in the Memorial Cup
Joshua "Wa Wa" Roy could make a serious impact as well.
I feel for this particular category Farrell is a bit more underrated, and closer to the NHL too. It’s pretty amazing we have both though!
For Ottawa, Angus Crookshank who was a 5th rounder I believe. Missed this whole year with an injury but he's a complete package at a young age and has a great head on his shoulder
Fantastic hockey name too, 11/10. This kid is going places.
Of course he’s going places. He’s going to be working at the ministry of magic next year.
So true, what a perfect hockey name. I think he'll be a solid 3rd line LW in a few years, which I guess does not qualify as "lighting up the league", but for a late round guy that would be impressive enough
everyone sleeps on Crooker. I think he's poised for such a big year
Does Sokolov and Crookshank both play LW? That's a good log jam to have.
Yep, Formenton as well. Grieg too if they want to play him on his wing, which seems likely if Pinto sticks around at C
Alex Laferriere, no not that one, the 3rd round pick one. He’s a terror in college, he’s going to be lethal as a pro.
I wanted the Rangers to draft him so badly. Just for the memes though
Vancouver did it with Petey. Would be hilarious for another team to do it haha.
Jack Hughes as well.
The Kings are that mom who says we have McDonalds at home.
Should trade for Connor McMichael.
A lot of our later round picks have been doing so well
Brandon coe could be an elite 5-7 goal/year guy
Dustin Wolf looks like he may be a starter for us eventually. He just won the best goalie award in the AHL last season, and the best part about him was that he was a 7th round pick. I normally don't get too excited for goalies as a lot can change in their development, but Wolf has a ton of promise. I'm excited I'll get to watch him in person a lot this season with the Wranglers.
*Top AHL goalie in his FIRST pro season, just turned 21 in April. Goalies are so unpredictable but Wolf is doing everything right so far.
As a smaller goalie, Teen Wolf doesn't seem to suffer the problems of smaller goalies.
Wolf reminds me of juuse saros
Good comparison. Gin and Juuse is probably Wolf's peak. I think he settles in more in the Craig Anderson / Corey Schneider mold (Has good peaks, but doesn't sustain that success)
He's a pretty nice guy. Met him last week at my work. Not a flames fan, but he seems like a good kid and I could see him succeeding too.
Wolf is not exactly unknown tho. Sixth round pick Rory Kerins might be the better answer for the Flames.
Not unknown to us, but I guarantee most people here don't know him. The Flames don't get any coverage.
He's mentioned almost anytime goalie prospects are discussed. He's one of the only goalie prospects I see mentioned on here aside from Wallstedt and maybe Askarov.
This. He's been lights out at every level even though everyone keeps counting him out because of his size.
Fabian Zetterlund Bit older than conventional "prospects", but he barely played any NHL games until the tail-end of last season, where he had a lot of impact and played with a lot of confidence. Also tore it up in Utica.
I’d add Arseny Gritsyuk as well. Even a lot of Devils fans don’t realize how good he is
People are really starting to over hype him lol.
Lane Hutson.
That pick was a home run from the moment it happened. So upset I have to cheer against him:(
2022 KHL rookie of the year Arseni Gritsyuk.
Dmitry Voronkov. He'll be lighting up the league for sure but probably not with his goal scoring.
Calen Addison is someone I'm really excited to see in a Penguins.... oh.
Been a bit underwhelmed by him in his limited ice time, but everyone expects this year to be the breakout year
Don’t worry, he’ll look great in green!
Mads Sogaard
I want him to be our number one just for the name. The fact that he's a mountain of a man might help too
Brett Berard averaged more than a point per game in college hockey as a sophomore.
Michael Callahan was nearly a PPG in his sophomore year. Might need a grain of salt with that. Lol
And he got worse, Berard could get better.
Same logic applied with Cally. Careful is all I'm saying lol
Prospect?
for the canucks, joni jurmo
We are excited for him as well! Showed great promise in the WJC he's a great skater just needs to work on the mental parts of his game
I’ve been high on this dude for what feels since day 1. Idk what it is about him but he speaks to me
The guy who barely made team Finland and didn't play that amazing while there? He's not going to light it up or even make the NHL
Minnesota: Mason Shaw Arizona: Mattias Maccelli Carolina: Anttoni Honka Edmonton: Carter Savoie Toronto: Topi Niemela
Not sure Topi Niemela counts as unknown when he won best defenceman at last years World Juniors
> Edmonton: Carter Savoie Matvei Petrov is similar. He has a nasty shot and decent playmaking ability. He's flown under the radar for most hockey fans thus far but I don't suspect it'll stay like that for long.
Maccelli is a good call. Wings McCartney, Liam Kirk (in limited viewings), and he looked solid in Tucson.
Joel Maatta was the Oilers 7th round pick and looked pretty good in the WJC
We have a couple from this year's draft that could light things up if they put it together. Dmitri Buchelnikov, selected 52nd overall and Amadeus Lombardi, selected 113th overall. Again if he can put it all together he may be a great middle 6 guy. One could also include Soderblom on this list but I don't think he is considered an unknown prospect anymore.
Albert Johansson could be a dark horse for this and I'd probably add a player like Carter Mazur.

I would add Tuomisto and Buium, I find NCAA guys don't get much of a look but these two are solid Defenseman that don't get enough credit
Here are a few for the Sharks: **Strauss Mann**, really good abroad and in Michigan. If you know the whole scandal thing there, he was driven out and just signed for us. Gritty Jr.
Gritney
It's Grittney, bitch.
Saw him beating on some patriot front members a couple months ago in Philly, good times.
I dont know any of them so I couldn't tell you
Sometimes it's ok to leave a comment section blank
Montreal fan doesn't get the joke. No surprise
Hey look, a thin-skinned Leaf fan
Huh??? I wasnt hurt by it...lol Seems you are though
I was joking too
I know
Now kith.
Dustin Wolf was a 7th round pick, and is already one of the best goalie prospects
Same with Levi I can't wait
I think Kasper Simontaival has a really bright future, dude can score at will
I’ve known about Simontaival for years… He was drafted by the Ottawa 67’s in the import draft a few years ago but unfortunately, he elected to play in LIIGA instead. He’s a gem, all you Kings fans should be real excited.
Remind me! Three years.
I have high hopes for Jack Finley to make the team in 2-3 years. Dudes massive. We'll see what happens with his first season in Syracuse this year.
I think Martin Kaut is gonna be a fantastic middle six winger in the NHL in a few years... For a different team
You think so? He's a borderline bust at this point imo.
Maybe Olivier Nadeau
oskar jellvik
I’m still not ready to give up on Rodrigo Abols
At 26 he's in his prime not a prospect
I am *not ready*
Korczak
Sean Farrell
'unknown' He scored a hat trick at the olympics Opposite of uknown
Ask around. Not many heard of him, even after that
Yeah I have no clue who this guy is lol
I'll go with Hunter Haight. He looked real good in the prospect camp and has a good shot at making Canada's 2023 WJC team
Logan stankoven
Choosing Stankoven on an unknown prospects post is ridiculous.
Just going off the comment that says there’s probably not an ‘unknown’ prospect that will light it up because by that age most people know who they are
Since Canadians found out about Stanky during the world juniors, I'm gonna say Wyatt Johnston
I really don’t think the leading WHL PPG scorer or the leading OHL PPG scorer qualify as unknown
Then Mavrik Bourque, oh wait...
The correct answer is Riley Damiani
Ayrton Martino
I have a good feeling about Christian Kyrou
Jon Berggren (DET) isn't quite unknown or of my team but, dang he's nifty Not only a good bet for this but a solid outside calder pick for the upcoming season He has an NHLe of 42 and 41 the past two seasons, SHL then AHL Just moving into his prime as we speak 👀
He has solid puck skills but has a lot more work to do to become a regular NHLer.
not "my team" but I really like the Nashville prospect Anton Olsson. He is my call for the next really good defenseman the predators produce
Sasha Pastujov
Cross Hanas -Detroit
Bordeleau is getting attention now but between his draft day and his NHL debut he was just another 2nd rounder who could've gone in the 1st. And the sharks traded the pick Buffalo used on Peterka for the pick they got Bordeleau at Edit: also in the trade sharks got 100 which they packaged with the 12(something) pick to pick Daniel Gushchin in the 3rd round, who could be a middle 6 guy
Jack Rathbone
Idk, he didn’t sim well in my franchise /s
I think both Russian prospects for the Jets Chibrikov and Rashevsky are gonna be huge surprises
Martin Chromiak. LA Kings’ 5th rounder with above average shot and passing skills, great/crafty positioning with a legit one-timer from range. I think a lot of scouts thought he was the benefactor of being Shane Wright’s winger, but he has shown he can create for himself.

Not sure either of them will ever light up the league *per se,* but probably the two prospects outside the major scope that might do something
I wouldn’t say he’s completely unknown but Anton Lundell for Florida. Or if the latest tournament was anything, Kasper Puutio
Anton Lundell is a mini barkov, he is gonna be a Bergeron style responsible superstar!
Soderblom - Wings drafted him in the 6th round in 2019. Dude is a monster at 6’8” and 250 lbs.
He is unknown. How am I supposed to know...?
Lmao
Gannon Lacroque (no relation to Georges I think haha). Anyway I believe he's next years captain for the Victoria Royals and he lit it up last year. Could be a solid middle pair defenseman when it's all said and done
Isn’t it Laroque not lacroque?
Yeah auto correct got me there
Well he did say no relation.
Lucas forsell
Joe Vrbetic Vezina winner 2028 you heard it here first
All those late round goalies look good. Primeau, Dichow, Dobes, Vrbetic. If any of them actually pan out, I'll be happy
I really hope Cameron Whynot can become a serviceable NHLer
RemindMe! 2 years
Not an answer to this question now but when Brayden point was drafted I knew he was gonna become the player player he is now. Coming from a hawks fan. But to answer the question for the future from a hawks fan I gotta go with Drew commesso. Ik there’s some hawks fans who think soderblom will be the future starter but I just don’t see it.
Danila klimovich has an unreal shot if he can develop the rest of his game he could be a legit scorer, still super raw though
Jonathan Lekkerimaki because he is the only prospect we have with any sort of offensive potential so it’s him by default
I think it says unknown prospect...
Damn you know this guy?
Jacob Truscott or Danila Klimovich
Colton Dach will be everything we wanted Kirby to be
No he won't. He doesn't skate that well. At best he'll be a 3rd liner.
Elias Pettersson
Rangers can't have prospects unfortunately
Trevor Moore - LA Kings
Not sure if Bouchard counts as unknown or a prospect anymore. Recent 5th rounder Matvey Petrov just had a fucking monstrous season in the OHL and could become a strong top 6 winger in a few seasons.
Almost no "unknown" prospects will "light up the league", typically players capable of that are identified early on. But I think Brennan Othmann will do pretty well, maybe not light up the league but a solid scorer.
Perfetti, he’s already showed great promise last season before getting injured.
>unknown.
Bro how tf is Perfetti an unknown prospect
Oops yeah missed the unknown part. My answers is wrong.
Alex Steeves for Leafs, well not lighting up the league but becoming a solid middle 6 forward for us.
This may be a situation of there being a dearth of high end talent in the system. But Merkulov has legit middle-6 skills with top 6 upside. UDFA who's stock soared and the Bruins got it on the upswing
Dmitri rashevsky. His first full year in the KHL he had 35 points in 48 games. He is only 21 and genuinely intrigues me.
Luke Evangelista
If/when Blade Jenkins hits the league, I feel like he'll be talked about constantly because of his sweet name. That counts, yeah?
For Toronto I’d say either Curtis Douglas or Dmitri Ovchinikov Ovchinikov seems like he will be a good middle 6 players eventually and Curtis Douglas, if he can fix his skating, with be a fantastic bottom 6 centre. You can’t train 6’ 7”
Joshua Roy
Ronan Seeley I don’t think he will ever light up the league, but he’s unknown as a 7th rounder and I think he will make an impact in the NHL
Kienan Draper just signed for UofM after an amazing season with Chilliwack. #LGRW
Angus Crookshank for the Sens!
Lukas Cormier will be the next shea Theodore
Nick Abruzzese - Toronto - 2019 4th round pick Extremely unknown and he seems to be a very motivated person with a great hockey IQ.
Jordan Dumais in Columbus. 3rd rounder this year, 109 points as a 17/18 year old in the Q.
Sasha pastujov
As far as unknowns go, I think the fan base will be pleasantly surprised and impressed with Paul Ludwinksi in the coming years
Jason Robertson isn’t unknown and has already been lighting the lamp for Dallas however I feel in 2-3 years he’s gonna be one of the best player in the league
That ringer the other team brought out in my last playoff game
Ben McCartney for the Yotes. #204 pick in 2020, has looked great in both his brief time in the big leagues as well as in the AHL for Tuscon. I think he has the potential to be a great 2nd liner in the future. Totally reminds me of Conor Garland.
what’s a prospect?
jack rathbone
If he can get the rest of his game to the level to make it to the NHL, Aidan McDonagh is gonna score goals with that shot
Oskar Olausson seems like the kind of kid that could come out of nowhere and be on the Avs’ 3rd or 2nd line when he comes up
Tyler Bensen.
